Vision Direct Network

Its really sad that I placed this order on June 21^st. It was later canceled and I was never notified because Vision Direct claims my doctor said my prescription was invalid which is not true. I repeatedly asked Vision Direct to CALL and not FAX the doctor and it was never done.
They then placed the order again on June 25^th after I emailed the prescription. But THEN Vision Direct said it was not valid because it did not have my doctor’s address on it. Even though Cohen’s Fashion Optical is a chain.
The order was eventually shipped because Vision direct said my doctor never responded. Once again I asked Vision Direct to call my doctor and that never happened. The representative also promised overnight shipping. Once again that never happened. I got standard shipping.
I finally got my contacts on July 2^nd, 12 days after I placed the order. I ran out of contacts last week. To top it all off, my prescription is NOT saved in the system because Vision Direct will not call my doctor. So the company expects me to go through all this non sense again when I order contacts.
