The food was very flavorful and plentiful. The CUSTOMERSERVICE was great and food was ready when I arrived. The meals are reasonably priced. I ordered the combo special, In Total I paid $ 15.37, I had the shrimp Lo Mein and Sesame chicken for my boyfriend. He was very happy with his meal and said he would order from this place again, My meal was good but the noodles were dry and I had to reheat them with canola oil to loosen up the noodles because they were dry because there wasn’t enough sauce. Once I got that situated… the meal was great and they use large shrimp… yaaayyyy! My complaints are that, they didn’t add any spice to the Lo Mein like I had asked, they didn’t provide eating utensils, they charged an additional fee to separate the meals(boyfriend has a shrimp allergy) and there wasn’t enough sauce in either meal. I guess, just ask for more but the place is definitely with trying.

The Crab Rangoon is amazing! Sometimes I just go there and order 2 orders of them for lunch or dinner. The egg drop soup is also yummy. The place is kind of outdated but it’s pretty clean for Chinese food. Carry out orders are pretty quick. The prices are extremely fair. Must try if your in the garden city area. Located on Inkster rd between cherry hill and ford rd. Hope this helps guys :)

Decent But typical Chinese restaurant. Ordered Almond Chicken w Sweet and sour sauce and got a little grief from Cashier. Its always a toss up between this Place and Laughing Panda down the street Usually It’s Laughing Panda. Prices are decent carry out is quick. I don’t Like the Dining room Carpet needs serious Cleaning Better to get Carry Out then Dine in. Dined in once with my wife and we felt like the Family in A Christmas story LOL. So do the Carry out LOL

Best Chinese food place near here. The owners are super friendly and the food is always good. The portions are so big we always have lunch the next day. My favorite thing is they are open pretty late.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside isn’t too appealing but the service and food is great! I’d return for the subgum.

If you like to support a small business, this is a deserving place to support. It is family owned and family run. If you go here long enough, like I have, you will be lucky enough to see some of the family members grow up. They are very generous with the portion sizes. You get a lot for what you pay. I love their Houng Shue Gai. The battering on the chicken is light and crisp. The chicken itself is nice and juicy. The gravy is flavorful. I also like their twist on General Tso’s Chicken – or as they call it, General Tao – it has no batter on it. It is just the wonderful General’s barbecue like sauce on the chicken. No batter to interfere with the flavor of the sauce on the meat. Oh, I mustn’t forget one of the gems of this restaurant. The flavor and quality of their homemade dinner rolls surpasses that of many of the other restaurants that I have gone to in the area. These rolls remind me of Portuguese sweet bread or Hawaiian rolls. They are fresh and aromatic. This is the place that we trusted with our wedding rehearsal dinner. They did not fail us, and, years later, our guests from that dinner rave about the place. They have also had several birthday dinners there.

Best Chinese restaurant in the area! The Fu Wah special is $ 14.50 and it’s enough to serve 4!

This is the place I judge all other Chinese restaurants against. The service can be lacking sometimes, but the food makes up for it. The portions are gigantic. Their Almond Chicken is the standard bearer for all others to be judged by. They give you 2 – 3 full breasts of chicken, breaded, deep fried and cut into strips. I have been eating here for close to 30 years, and they are the best, hands down. I may try others, but always come back to Wong’s.

Good food, pretty consistent too. Not the best, but fast and plentiful portions. Although I order carry-out most of the time from here, I have eaten inside the restaurant. I can’t put my finger on it, but something about the dining experience inside here, leaves alot to be desired IMO.

This is my favorite Chinese place, and I’ve been getting take out from here as long as I can remember. I usually get the chicken and broccoli combo or General Tsos chicken. Their General Tsos is excellent and it’s not coated with thick breading like at so many other places. I love their hot and sour soup as well, and the sweet rolls that come with the meals. I’ve tried to find another place as good as this one, and it’s just never happened.

Probably one of the best Lou Mein dishes. I always get carry out from here and never dined in. But they are a very solid and consistent restaurant. The owner was very friendly and polite. I usually judge a Chinese restaurant by how good their hot and sour soup is. Not gonna lie their hot and sour is OK but far from good. I do love their egg rolls. Inside of the place doesn’t look that nice to where I would dine in at, not that I don’t enjoy hole in the walls or dives but it just looks run down to me for some reason. Maybe they need an interior decorator, other then that the food is tasty. If they improve their hot and sour soup I would give them a 4 star.

Jacob and I came here as part of our Shop Local challenge for the month of January. The place was easy to find due to the extra dose of LED lights on its exterior. Parking was cramped but we managed to find a good spot. Once inside, there was one woman at the register and 6 people standing around. We did the same for a few minutes, waiting for instruction. Another couple came in and the woman at the register immediately told them to sit anywhere they like. Geez, thanks for asking us what we’d like to do today. We stood around like lost puppies for nothing. We ended up following suit and took a seat in their dining room. A visibly frazzled server eventually made her way to our table. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken meal(which comes with white rice) and Jake went for some pad thai. And then we waited. Our soup came out in a reasonable time but everything else took forever, in Chinese restaurant standards at least. The soup was tasty but visually off-putting. Bright orange, blech. The egg rolls(when they finally arrived) were bland and boring. All the while, our server was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. She mentioned they were slammed with take-out orders. Call me crazy, but I think a restaurant should treat customers IN the building with more importance than ones that aren’t even there yet. When our food finally came, I noticed I got the sweet & sour combo(with fried rice) instead of the dinner. I asked the waitress about it but she was instantly defensive. She began to take my food away, but I asked instead(since it took so long to get in the first place) if she could just bring me a side of white rice. She had a huge attitude problem about this, even though I specifically said I wanted the meal with white rice and it was obviously her mistake. She didn’t even apologize or offer empathy. We tried the fried rice since it was there and it was tasteless. It actually tasted like white rice… no flavor, salt, etc. You could see eggs in it, but you couldn’t taste them. What a waste of potentially delicious carbs. Our server never brought us our bill, so we just walked to the counter and asked for it. One server on a Friday night? Ignoring customers then giving them bad attitude? Country music? No thanks. We won’t be back.

Not bad, but not great either. Chicken fried rice was realllly bland. I liked the sauce on the sesame chicken but it wasnt that great either. You get alot of food for the price which you cant beat, but overall the food for me was bland.

I must say overall it was really good… I ordered: shrimp fried rice– which was well seasoned and fresh medium sized shrimp that were devained which is a plus for me.(keep it clean :-) Shrimp Egg Foo Yung was good but little bland for me as with any, they did put the gravy on the side w/o me asking. Sweet N Sour Chicken was the BEST. very tender the sauce was on the side also… Shrimp w/lobster sauce was dark gravy Big Plus! I really dislike the white stuff some places use. It was very delightful until I discovered strips of beef in it and I don’t eat red meat. I was really baffled by this. This is the only reason I give them 4 Stars intstead of 5. I also ordered vegetable lo mein it was just ok… I don’t care too much for rice noodles… ohh can’t forget the seseame chicken… I personally didn’t like it it had no sweetness to it at all, but others in my family did. last but not least Crab ragoon was soo good! I would recommend this place and will go back… I live in Belleville which lacks good food, Therefore this will be my new Chinese spot. Try it

Wong’s is pretty good and their prices are decent. I usually get the crispy orange beef or the General’s chicken, which are both tasty. You can choose your spice level, too. You get a lot of food, but I’ve found that service is usually kind of slow, even when there’s only a few people in the restaurant. I find that the food varies depending on who is cooking, too. I’ve never had anything terrible, nor have I had anything out-of-this-world. Wong’s is just«pretty good.»

Best Chinese food hands down. Huge portions at a reasonable price. I’ve been going here for 13 years and the food quality and portions have always been consistent. Don’t let the look of the place from the outside fool you. This is the ONLY Chinese restaurant I will go to in the area. Do yourself a favor and go. You won’t be disappointed. My recommendations: Singapore Rice Noodles(DELICIOUS!!)…Sesame Chicken, General Tao Chicken and Chicken Rice Soup. It’s all good, you just can’t go wrong here. My favorite server is Jenny. She is really nice.
