7-Eleven

Best customer service I’ve ever received at a 7 – 11. I usually go into 7 – 11’s to buy Blueberry Coffee. It I’m not there early enough, they’ll run out… Which is what happened today. As I was walking out empty handed, the individuals behind the counter asked if I didn’t find what I was looking for. I told them that I usually get blueberry coffee but they were sold out. They immediately started brewing a batch for me and told me to let them know if I ever want them to brew it when they were out. Such nice guys :)

What a morning.
I was in a hurry to get a coffee and happen to see 7– eleven in sight so I decide to stop by. This is my first time stop by this place so I did not see what other 7-​eleven near my house used to have. The crème machine (half and half and the hazel nut) were running out.
Oh well. So I got the regular coffee and try to look for the cup holder to keep the hot heat off my hand but don’t see any left. I decided to get and additional cup to help keep it more firm and safe while getting on the road.
When I got to the cashier, there was a man look like a manager looks at my coffee and said you have two cups.
He told the cashier to charge me two coffees. I ask him how come he charge me a paper cup for a full price of a coffee instead of half price or so. The paper cup worth less than 25 cents if I am wrong
I wouldn’t use the additional cup if they have the protective holder like many 7-​eleven in the areas. So that was why I got one coffee, two cups stack together for safety precaution.
To me, This place wasn’t friendly. When I said things was out or out of order, they don’t seemed to care. The manager said one thing that wasn’t what I want to hear «Go to Starbucks then»
The point was not Starbucks or 7-​eleven, it was more for my safety and the service of the business.
To be honest, it will be my last time to this horrible place and unfriendly atmosphere 7-​eleven.

I’m on the road quite often and stop at a lot of 7 – 11’s. I wanted to take the time out to write a review for this particular one because everytime I stop in, no matter what crazy hour it is. they are always fully stocked with exactly what I want. If i hadn’t walked out of so many other 7 – 11’s disappointed, I wouldn’t be writing this review, but this one never disappoints me. Also, it’s always clean. You can tell when you walk in that the people who work at this location take pride in the appearance and organization of their store, which I appreciate so much. I even walked in one afternoon and noticed how friendly the cashiers were towards all of the patrons. Greeted every single one and made them aware of any specials related to what they were purchasing. Yes, I do notice these little details, and I appreciate people who come to work with a great attitude and positively representing their workplace.

I often go to this 7-​Eleven because it’s near my house but as of lately it’s been getting more and more trashy with crackheads hanging out infront of the store and the cashiers having conversations about weed with the customers. Very inappropriate if you ask me.

7 eleven is a good place to go before a sports event there ice coffee is the best. It’s a good place to go so you can get snacks and ice cream and meny more

Guy at the counter was rude. I told him i have a big bite hot dog and he actually opened up my hot dog container. Really?

I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t really had any problems until now with a specific employee, however I didn’t get his name but next time I will. I came in for a simple lottery ticket check and when it came time my turn the employee behind the counter told me to put the ticket on the counter and he tried to scan it with barcode scanner which is not what it is used for. As he was trying to scan the lottery ticket in the machine which is what you’re suppose to do than he claims he couldn’t scan the ticket for some odd reason. I couldn’t believe how rude this guy was if I was an employee of a retailer and did that I would’ve been reported so I’m giving this specific employee one more chance and if he does something like that again than I will report him to his manager and possibly corporate. I ended up going to a different 7 – 11 and got my lottery ticket scanned and won $ 2 with no hassle.

Standing here right now writing this review waiting for them to brew hot coffee again for the 3^rd time. I come in here twice a week at about 1pm and all of their coffee are cold. Customer service is also not up to par, it seems as though they try to avoid me asking them to brew coffee again. Keep in mind this place is not busy when I come in.

The older guy here will tell its not your on your i.d. even though the day before and many times before with he served me with no problem at all. Terrible customer service if you see someone every day but don’t make any effort the remember your regulars

Always a great place to get beer and nacho at the last minute.

A decent not so bad 7 – 11. I dont know how people are supposed to review 7−11s on Unilocal but we do anyways.
It’s very hard for a 7 – 11 to get a 5 star review but very easy to give it a one star If they messed up your food really bad. (As in messed up they left the taquito on a roller for a REALLY really long time.
That didn’t happen here the processed food was terrific. Lol cooked just right. Seriously Tho this 7 – 11 is A-​OK.

Clean — easy — friendly. That’s all you need out of a 7 – 11! Also there’s a gas station attached.
7 – 11 cookies are oddly delicious as well. 3/​$ 1 snickerdoodle is my favorite — soft and not too sweet.

You would think that if you’ve seen one 7 Eleven then you’ve seen them all. Its not quite the case in this instance. This one is very clean and is always well stocked. You can pretty much expect whatever you need to be there whether its drinks, hot dogs, chips, or magazines. Not that I really buy from there, but they also have gasoline. What else is there to say… its a 7 Eleven.
