Won’t fix root cause of ac leak. Will give you runaround and keep refilling with freon. I don’t believe the repairman really wants to do any actual work besides refill w freon. Good luck.

I felt compelled to call and write a review after experiencing great customer service over the phone. I simply called to ask a question regarding my heater making a strange noise — thinking I would be told I needed a new heater or some type of service. I was delighted to be informed I needed neither. I am very impressed by their knowledge and customer service!
