Worst service ever… I will never come back to this location ever again. They messed up my orders a couple of times already and always hassled me whenever i tried to be compensated for my inconvienence. Just today, tried to order a fill up family meal and substitute the coleslaw for mac n cheese only to be told they cant do that. I was like eff it, and left. Went to the kfc down the street and got everything i wanted with no hassle.

Grosssss!!! just ordered a big chicken meal from here and found hair in 3 pieces of chicken. These employees need to practice common courtesy fast food procedures and use HAIRNETS! There’s no reason for KFC patrons to have to be subjected to this NASTY service. DISGUSTING!!!

I came here and ordered #5 which comes with 2 piece drums, mashed potatoes, a biscuit, a drink, and a cookie. They told me they ran out of biscuits and offered me 2 cookies instead. I said«okay» cause I was already waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes. I paid with card and I didn’t even get my card back, also didn’t get my DRINK as well.

I dont know what’s up with the bad reviews. Always had a good meal here if I have the right expectations. Can’t expect it to be 100% crunchy after a 20 min ride home. Pretty fair prices, but it seems like PopEyes is catching up to them. Love their coleslaw more than most places!

So I ordered the 3 pc tender and asked for biscuit and mashed potatoes, for some odd reason they gave me a side of pickles…

Poor customer service. I order 20 hot wings and they told me it will be 10 minutes wait, 25 minutes later my wings are still not done.

I play open mikes so I am often running late for the Monday special at KFC. I was looking for a KFC that was opened late and found this one opened till 11. I went there but was disappointed. The biscuit was hard and crunchy(old?) and the chicken seemed old and stale too. I know it was about 10:30 when I got there. Maybe they were in a hurry to leave. I don’t know. The service was OK but the food was not what I expect from KFC. The one on Valley View always gives me excellent service and food. Maybe it was an off night. BTW they don’t have the Monday special at this one either which is not a big deal but thats why I came there.

I come up into the drive thru and was greeted rudely. I understand it was late but the entire transaction was awkward. I ordered the family meal for 20 dollars and I come up the window and after paying it takes 10 minutes to get my order and she asks if it’s ok if I get half and half original and spicy. As I am already irritated I just say ok and accept it. She then walks away and gives me my food but is still rude the entire time. Needless to say I probably won’t be back to this location ever again.

I go here pretty often for the family meals and never really had a problem until today. They had this new fill up special. So I thought it was nice but they didn’t allow me to substitute. So I told them that the regular family meal is fine. I usually get my substitute biscuits for wedges. They told me my total is hung up(drive thru). I assume that they heard me and got me what I wanted. When I got to the window, I told them about my substitute request. They said I couldn’t. I was mad. You told me that I couldn’t so I ordered something else and you give me what I didn’t order… Don’t give me that dumb look. I told them that my order is the regular family meal and NOT the fill up special. The guy just looked at me and said no. I NEVER had a problem with this. I ended up throwing away food that I paid for. Next time I come, you better repeat my damn order and make sure that it is correct before taking my money. You’re lucky that I didn’t give you so much shit because I was in my jammies and my family is hungry. Take your job serious.

This KFC location is great. There’s never too many people in like when I come during the mornings. The service is great. Their workers are friendly. The food is prepared well(not too salty like other locations). The only downside I have is that there was a time where I came at 10:30 a.m. and they weren’t open. Needless to say, they lost my business that day.

What’s the point in advertising closing hours if you’re really just going to close anytime you want? Like, I get its annoying when people come in two minutes before closing time. I work in food service, I get it. But I showed up more than 15 minutes before closing just to get some popcorn chicken, and the guy in the drive thru signaled that they were closed. Disappointed for sure.

Not amazing, not bad. About what you expect. Most the time everything is right and quick. Other times it is not. I recently went here, and I ordered a Sierra mist for my drink. The cashier didn’t greet me at the window, didn’t tell me what he was doing. I could conclude myself that the carbonation was out so he was trying to fix it… But it was on the Mountain Dew. So. He continued to try and fill to no avail. Went and fixed the issue. Came back. Continued to be sure it was right. Filled it up with perfect Mountain Dew. Then finally noticed me and gave me the drink, apologized for the wait, and told me what happened… Uh. I didn’t have the heart to say(yeah that entire 8 minutes…) that this wasn’t what I ordered. So I accepted the wrong drink. But anyway. Once he was there he was nice, and clearly willing to go he extra mile.

Today is Sunday, but the store was not crowded at all. There was only one lady before me in line. After taking my order of wings, they had me and my Dad WAITINGFORMORETHAN30MINS then they came back and told us that THEREISNOWINGSLEFT. SORRY !!! Unbelievable!!! The store is not that huge, but it takes them more than 30mins after taking customer’s order to know that they had no wings !!! Such a worst service everrrrr

*** Can I buy the piece you touched? *** This is a pretty standard KFC. I picked up a crispy spicy 2 piece meal and a original 2 piece meal. It was the same trademark delicious 11 herbs and spices flavor I love at KFC. I did see something that I thought was funny and perplexing at the same time. There was a lady ordering in front of me. She didn’t speak English well so a girl at the front counter was translating the order to the store manager. (not verbatim, but close) Cashier: What would you like to order? Customer: A bucket of chicken with a meal combo. Cashier: How would you like your chicken? Customer: Everything. Cashier: I don’t understand. Did you want Original, crispy spicy, or grilled. Customer: I don’t like spicy. Cashier: So do you want Original? Customer: You choose for me. Whatever you think. Cashier: I’m sorry, I can’t choose for you. So do you want original? Customer: Ok. That’s fine. The order came out and she’s gone. While I’m ordering my food she comes back to the counter and says, «I don’t like this. I want something else.» The manager says, «I’m sorry, but I cannot take food back that you touched.». If there was something wrong with the food, then a return or exchange is understandable. But the food is good, but it’s just not what you want? HHmmmm… That was one of the funniest transactions I’ve seen. The customer wanted to hold the cashier liable for her indecisiveness. How are they supposed to take back good food that you handled then resell it? I know that stores generally bend over backwards to appease the customer, but this lady just wanted them to bed over. Ha ha ha… In this case I’ve gotta say some people in the public are ridiculous! The manager was in the right :-) Food = standard, consistent, as expected Service = average Seating area = clean Parking = easy Restroom = unknown

This KFC is farther from my house but the customer service I always get here is worth the drive. Came home after hitting the drive thru and opened my food to find a Cookie nicely placed on my chicken. It was a sweet surprise. Also I asked for ranch well instead of being cheap they gave me about 4. Never disappointed when coming here.

First of all, I want to say that I love fried chicken and mashed potatoes(and pot pies!). Second, this place is right across the street from my house, so it’s extremely convenient. When I first moved here a little over 2 years ago I dropped into this KFC(on the corner of Magnolia and Westminster) out of convenience. I mostly went through the drive-thru, but would also occasionally walk in. EVERY single time after eating here I got diarrhea! I kept going only because«again» I love fried chicken AND I love their pot pies(which I will get to in a minute). I was thinking«well, maybe I just didn’t wash my hands before I ate.» Or «maybe I had too many beers before I ate.» NOOOOO! I don’t get like this when I eat at Taco Bell or Wendy’s! I’m talking EVERYSINGLETIME I eat here I get the shits! I must have been here at least 10 – 12 times but I just didn’t learn. OK, so let’s move on. The drive-thru used to be horrible. They would always screw up your order. I remember one time I ordered two items — a sandwich and a pot pie. I would realize when I got home that the pot pie wasn’t in the bag. Thankfully, I lived only across the street. This happened numerous times with different items. I have to say though, that the drive-thru has gotten a lot better the last couple times I was there. OK, about the pot pies — for some reason, they stop making them at a certain time, so if you are there an hour or two before closing, you are most often NOT going to get a pot pie, which is the main reason I go there about 70% of the time. So, finally, I just stopped eating there because of this, and the fact that the last two times I was in there(FOR a pot pie, which they didn’t have) the employees were extremely rude. So, about the employees — I walked in the last two times I was there. The second to last time, they had no pot pies and were acting VERY shady(it’s usually some high school kid with some major attitude at the register), so I just left. The last and final time I was there was very similar, EXCEPT this time I couldn’t make up my mind since they were out of pot pies(AGAIN!) and I let two or three people go ahead of me. The cashier at the counter said to one of his co-workers«Is this guy going to order or WHAT? Oh MYGOD!» and started laughing. REALLY? REALLY? Oh wow! So, now after all that I have put up with, YOU– stupid idiot, who represents your company, now have made me not want to come in here ever again! I’m just so astonished that a business could be run like this and still make money. And it’s a shame that the most convenient place across the street from me is such a horrible business. I wanted to give 0 stars, but Unilocal requires at least 1 star.

Located in the heart of Little Saigon offering plenty of parking and clean location. This was my first time stopping by and I decide to meet up with my friend for lunch. They have two specials that I haven’t seen before at other KFC. The service was excellent and food came out fast and hot. I noticed the chicken was moist and consistent with what I would expect from KFC. My only issue was they had a few transients begging for money or walking in with 711 cups filling up their cups with the soda that was unappealing. The girl helping was supper efficient and knew how to get things done!

I honestly don’t know why I keep going to this KFC when each time I go, they dissapoint me. I came here to try their new $ 4.99 boneless chicken meal and it was by far the worst experience ever. The meal is supposed to be a mix of one dark meat and one white meat piece, but I paid extra to get 2 pieces of all white meat with unsweetened ice tea and cole slaw. At the drive thru I asked to confirm my order making sure it’s WHITEMEATONLY the guy said yes. Got home and what do you know the idiots got my order wrong. This isn’t the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong either. They gave me one dark and one white meat, I was too lazy to drive back and complain for them to fix my order so I just ate it anyway. Their new boneless chicken is healthier than their bone in, but I noticed it’s because the pieces are a lot smaller. The breading was also not crispy enough. I’d much rather stick w/their chicken bites(6pieces) instead of this. Another thing that pissed me off is that the drink had no ice in it like wtf? The only good part of the meal was the cole slaw. I love KFC’s cole slaw.

Pot Pie at KFC! Can you DIGIT! That’s what got me to KFC in over a year! Seriously after watching a commercial of the Pot Pie I had to go get some . The crust was nice and flaky. The pie filling had really great flavor and if my mom ever made them when I was a kid I would say its almost as good as my moms but she never made any LOL. Still I have had plenty growing up and it definitely takes you back to my childhood days! I wish there was a lot more filling. When I broke into the crust there was a lot of air between the filling and crust. Also there is not crust on the bottom, just the top. Wasn’t sure how big the pie was so as a back up I also got a drum and thigh combo original recipe with a M&C . The pie was a decent size and so I only had a few bites of the M&C and the drumstick. I hardly ever come to KFC for chicken as I prefer Popeye’s for fast food fried chicken. That being said it’s good to have KFC once in a while. A good note, the side dishes are now all served in a reusable container. Don’t know that they are microwaveable but you can certainly use it putting refrigerated items. Eyes ~ Nice looking pie! Nose ~ Original recipe smells good! Mouth ~ Wow great tasting filling in the pot pie! Tummy ~ Yummy, yummy!
