We placed an order and never received it. We had to physically show up to find out what happened and then we were never given a refund after being told our item was lost. It’s been three months and we’re still waiting for our $ 250 refund. When I came in a third time inquiring about it the woman at the desk answered the phone mid-​conversation and started helping another customer. I left my number on a sticky note and walked out. When I called back in an hour later the owner said he would help me with the refund as soon as he was done with another customer. Pretty horrible service if you ask me and apparently thieves to boot! I am giving one star for them at least pretending to process the refund.

I came here to get some numbers on my daughters team shirt and I needed them quickly for a tournament tomorrow. The staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. I was extremely happy with the high level of service I received. I would not hesitate to come here again.

Orange county heat press is awesome! I have been there several times for different things. They take care of your needs whatever they are. They print fast and affordable. The owner really cares about customer service. He goes out of his way to make sure you’re happy. I recommend this place to anyone in need of screen printing, Team hats, fan gear etc.

This company was completely incompetent. The shirts took forever to arrive, were poorly executed (example — logo so far up it was hidden by the collar when worn) and my order was missing several shirts. When I contacted them to make them aware that my order was incomplete, they assured me that the missing shirts would «be in the mail by the end of the week.» That was two months ago.
There are so many options for quality customization here in Orange County. Take your business elsewhere.
