Had an event that I needed to get last minute signs printed and they were able to get them to me just in time.

Terrible quality, bad service, and even charged my credit card without permission. Bad service.
Slow to quote. Ugly print jobs. Colors always off.
Owner and staff unorganized.
I dont. Recommend them at all!!!

Used these guys 3 yrs ago for a 20k, trifold direct mail campaign. It was very hard to even get a bid. After the job it was brought to our attention of 3 grammar errors on our advertisement, which means that they never ran it through spell check. Last week called for a 50k postcard bid. I spoke with lou waited for the bid next 2 days called twice, finally on the 4^th day got a bid. Then I asked for a bid for shipping. He said he would get back to me. I sent 2 emails for an update and am still waiting. With a total of 9 days to get a bid. Needless to say we have decided to go with another company. The other 2 bids we got took 1 day to receive. World trades customer service is a broken system. A bid should take 1 to 2 days max. I should not have to work so hard to give them my business. They need a representative for bids and to follow up on bids. I felt like I was just one of their millions of clients. This company would improve their sales 15 to 25% by getting a good representative who gives bids, and follows up with clients.

Good, dependable printer with attention to detail. Online, discount printers don’t check your work or make sure of anything. World Trade is great at making sure you get what you want. They even do books. I have printed current business materials with World Trade and another business before that. Ask for Robin!
