Panchitos Taqueria

Short and to the point:
— took half an hour from ordering our food to receiving it. (too long for a Monday night)
— carne asada tex mex combo was under (not) seasoned. (the one tortilla chip i ate tasted as if it had more salt on it than my entire combo)
— aside from being under (not) seasoned, the food was just okay. I’ve had better, and I’ve had worse.
— wife saw the cook drop a utensil (spatula?), then saw it get picked up and placed on his cooking counter, instead of going into a bin or a sink.
I can’t think of a reason why I would come here again, but If you’re not in a rush and want just okay food, this is could be your place.

Great food, waitresses are super nice but the food takes forever to come out. The pozole menudo and shrimp cocktail are really good. Enjoy

Love this place! Staff are very nice the owner is even nicer and their food is great!

Hands down the best burrito in the Disneyland/​hotel area. This place is a gem. The staff is friendly and the order for pickup process makes everything super efficient.

Yummy, carne asada tacos, tortas, good mex food worth the drive.
I have tried other restaurants, but I like how food is good not to pricey.
Their quick to freshly cook ur food.
You chips with to go order or dine in for free. Not an options at most restaurants.

The front staff at the hotel directed me to 5 different restaurants – all bland chains. Instead I walked the mile over to Panchito’s and was soooooo glad that I made this choice. Wonderful flavors in the ranchera salsa. Tender and tasty lengua in the taco. Quick and friendly service and very reasonable prices. Everything you want in a little taco joint.

This place was recommend to us by a friend. I’ve grow up eating authentic Mexican food my whole life. 93cent tacos are amazing. Comes free chips and salsa. The salsa is a little spicy but very flavorful. It isn’t thick tho which I would prefer but it still amazing. 18 bucks for 10 tacos and 2 beers. Job well done. You know it’s good when it filled with Mexican people. ¡Oralé!

Very friendly neighborhood joint. They allowed me to combine a pork tamale with a chile relleno on the 2 tamale plate ($ 6.95 w/​rice, beans & soda). The chile relleno was delicious! The shredded beef taco plate was also outstanding. Homemade food, good service I give this place a thumbs up.

I love this place! I always get the shredded chicken tostada. I have been coming here for years will do so.

Food is very plain and lacks flavor but the CHIPS and salsa are amazing!
Burrito lacks meat and is filled with rice and beans.

I dig this this place. High quality Mexican food featuring great tacos, burritos etc, where everything is made fresh. I go to Los Reyes in Orange which I love, but have not found another restaurant that can match them until I tried Panchitos. The prices are slightly higher, but still very affordable. It’s a small place located in the ⁷⁄₁₁ strip mall on Chapman. They always have daily specials as well that are great. The staff is super friendly and the main cook is always on top of all the orders making sure all the food that comes out is delicious. Awesome chorizo and eggs here, chile verde, taquitos etc. I often come here for lunch and highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this place! I stop by during my lunch more often than not and the food is always great. I can’t for the dine-​in experience seeing as how I always order to go, but they always have my order ready when I call it in. Their carne asada burritos are the best! (I get carne asade with everything and sour cream)

I had their cheese enchiladas and have never been more sick. It could of just been that maybe I had a sensitivity to an ingredient but I was throwing up for a day!

Had a torta de asada which was real good. I prefer the whole piece of Carne asada vs chunks of meat. Cashier offered a water when I declined to order a drink. Good experience overall.

Well I have to start saying that this is the only mexican restaurant that makes the best gorditas de chicharron that I ever try in the hole county, and I been in a lot mexican restaurants, this is the real flavor of mexican food, well done.

Me and my work friends ordered this for fourth of july i like the delivery service the taco and enchilada combo was good i also ordered a shrimp cocktail that was gross shrimp cocktails are suppose to be red theirs was pink n smelled like grass i was horrible it made the vegetables in it take warm n plain worst experince with a shrimp cocktail if they dont know how to do one they should put it on menu !!

Every time I walk in, the owner (I’m pretty sure he’s owner or at the least manager) greets me and is oh so friendly! That goes with the cook and the waitress. It definitely sets the tone for my quick experience.
I’ve only had their quesadillas and Asada burritos… and it was super good! I always say yes to put everything in it. The burrito has rice, beans, onion/​cilantro and hot sauce. The meat was cooked perfectly. But do note the amount of rice and beans given can be either a lot or the perfect amount :/​BUT you can watch them make your food so you can definitely tell them to put a different amount so it’s balanced to your preference. They didn’t mess up the quesadilla lol. The guacamole is super good and fresh! They actually give you a decent amount of sides! I couldn’t finish it.
Oh! They’ll also give you chips and verde sauce! The chips are freshly made! Love it.
Anyways, try this place! Hope you have a good experience with take out! :)

I’m about as motivated to do this review as my server was to do her job… seriously if there was ever someone in the wrong position it was the gal there on a Monday afternoon.
The food wasn’t bad. My fish taco had chopped up deep fried fish in it, but still wasn’t as flavorful as many other places I’ve been to. The Beef Barbacoa Wet Burrito was much better than the taco. The portion was quite large, but the service just killed the whole experience.
Yeah so the server literally only took my order, brought the food, never actually brought my bill after I was finished and waiting patiently (she made it obvious that she was tending to all of her Hispanic guests first… perhaps out of comfort?) I’m a pretty patient guy, but after I had pushed my dishes aside (she only prebussed one item,) waited about 20 minutes at least for her to bring the bill I then finally gave up on her… left cash on the table then left.

Great Mexican food! The owner is really sweet. You get free chips and salsa that they make. They also have beer and TVs. Their burritos are huge so I usually share it with someone.
I usually get their carne asada wet burrito and they also have taco Tuesdays.
