It’s been a long time since I’ve last went to Payless shoes, and this particular Payless was superb.
Since I went on a Wednesday, the store was pretty empty, so the workers were all happy to help. When I walked into Payless I was looking at the insoles to wear with wedges and a worker asked me if I needed help. She was very polite and informative about which insole I should get.
After that, I went around the store to look at more shoes before I left. At the check out, another employee rang us up and she was also very nice and even informed me that the insoles I picked «worked like a charm.»
Overall, the store was clean and organized, and the workers were great. Good job Payless (:

I needed black pumps for an interview and found some that are comfortable. And under $ 30. The only thing I wish they had were a bigger heel. Oh well. You can’t see them from my pants anyway.
