This place is located a couple of doors down from An’z, I wasn’t aware of the place(I’m always excited to see Phở places I’m totally unaware of, no idea why but probably because I’m trying to eat as much different ones as I can right now). Then I saw the poster boasting less than four bucks for a Phở and I immediately suspected substandard quality food. The Phở was actually ok however. The beef was average with average portions and the noodles were ok. The soup was decent, not eye popping anything but nothing offensive either. The package works overall for the price they’re charging(The $ 3.50 Phở is for the small bowl, the regular size is regular price. The small was actually medium size, cool). Pics: The interior is organized and clean looking, I don’t know why but I was surprised by this. The water tasted great, a good sign that they’re using decent water for their foods(The bill came to little over four bucks for a $ 3.50 Phở, I got charged for the water, not cool).
