Fantastic customer service. Answered my million questions with patience. Very knowledgeable and was able to customize to our needs rather than what different companies were trying to push on us. Workers showed up on time, got the job done relatively quickly. Cleaned up after themselves daily, were polite, well-​mannered, and knew their stuff. Painted pipes to match house, fixed everything up nice when they were done. No problems. Kept us updated at every step. They’ve been in business for a number of years, and referred from customer that had done their solar several years back and was happy with long-​term customer service provided by Progressive. A+.

Worst customer service! Very poor quality of work! Damaged the roof of my house, causing damage to ceiling, water marks. I am paying MORE now with solar panels installed! ZERO STAR for this company! (I just don’t have a choice but to put at least one star!)
