Like the previous reviews mention, terrible communication. Go here if you want the run around and your time wasted.
They decided to not accept my insurance group anymore but failed to notify me and still accepted my appointment.
Showed up, waited and then they decided it was time to let me know and that there should be a doctor somewhere that accepts my insurance. Thanks for your infinite unhelpfulness.

I had such a good experience here. Doctor was very thorough and cautious. He completely freed up my 100% blocked ear canal. He uses suction and specialized picks instead of water irrigation which would have made my condition worse. I was cash pay and prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back for other ear problems.

I’m sure Dr Nguyen is a competent ENT but his practice leaves lots to be desired. Even though he’s within my network he charged me $ 150 for an initial consult. Other ENTs I’ve seen charges my standard $ 40 co-​pay even when they scoped me. What disappointed me more was when I approached his staff to ask the MD follow up questions they insisted on extra payment to see the MD. Even when I just have a question or two that still constitute a visit. Disorganized and chaotic? Let’s just say that within few days before my scheduled surgery I received call from the staff informing me my insurance does not cover for procedure. Shouldn’t this have been ironed out weeks or months prior? After investing so much money into this place I wish I could use his service. But the repeated miscommunication between the staff, my insurance and myself likely contributed to this conclusion.

Was shocked when I called Dr. Nguyen’s office in LB found out he is no longer there. I am going to miss him he was a great Dr. Always explained things and took the time to listen. Sad thing is now I have to look for another Dr. Don’t want to.

Just found this doctor. Overall I like the services from all his staff. They are very helpful and kind. The doctor he is very detail and carefull. He is very gentle and good listener and he ask a lot of questions. Overall i like this clinics. I recommend this to everyone.

Just want to update. The doc’s diagnose for my husband’s cough was spot on. His cough is gone! :-)
