I call this company and they only text me back. I am trying to get customer service, but no one returns calls.

Because I have to rate for a star, otherwise there’s no star for this business, I bought 7 chair from them 3 years ago, at first they were nice, but then as the chairs started to have problems, I stopped to exchange some parts, or even buying some parts, the front desk lady with the eyeglasses always always gave me a bitchy attitude, how the hell they hire that kind of person like that to be their receptionist. It’s so hard every time buying or changing parts of the chairs. If you don’t to suffer hard like me, go to other company. Spatech sucks! They never do what they promise as you first come in buying chairs. I’m so regret that I didn’t review this place at the beginning

This place has horrible service and products. The spa chairs never came in on the promised date, but the check was promptly cashed. They don’t answer their phones once you give them your money. I paid for 10 spa chairs and 1,000 on top of that for delivery. It took two months for the spa chairs to be delivered to me when I was promised to receive them in a week. When they finally came in, the chairs didn’t even work. Jets weren’t working, remotes were broken, and chairs were scratched. The company’s incompetent technicians put even more scratches on the chairs during installation and broke 2 more remotes by dropping them in the water. I was promised to be delivered new remotes and touch-​up paint for the scratches, but still have not received them. I probably never will. These people are shady crooks who are just out to steal your hard-​earned money. Don’t bother doing business with them unless you are trying to donate your dollars. The 4 year old chairs I had before work better than these supposed new ones. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.
