The food here is what you expect from any fast food place especially when it’s a chains. The cordita crunch and two tacos were what I expected but the interior is needs some work. When I first stopped in I noticed there was trash on the tables and floor even though there was only 2 other customers in the store. As I was eating my food one of the workers eventually came out to the front but just walked past the trash and ignored the mess. They seemed more focused about business in the back and don’t care about the front which is off pointing to any diners.

I’m not really sure where all of the bad reviews on this Taco Bell are coming from. I go through the drive thru here maaaaybe biweekly to treat myself after work. Every time I’ve come, I’ve had great service and my orders have always been on point. Never once have I gotten an attitude. Mid day or at night. I’m usually ordering for three other people as well as myself,(and there’s always one thing in our burrito that we don’t want whether it be onions, tomato, sour cream, etc) and there was maybe ONE time they forgot to make my burrito without onion out of the dozen or so times I have been here. To the people complaining about the food being poor quality: this is a fast food corporate franchise that offers value meals. Of course it’s not going to be the most delicious thing you’ve ever had. If you want actually good authentic mexican food, maybe try an ACTUAL mexican restaurant? Just a suggestion.

Worst service I have ever had at a Taco Bell. The manager has no business being in that position.

This Taco Bell sucks, which is unfortunate since it’s the closest one to me. The beans taste watered down, and they barely put any in your burrito. They also close super early – earlier than the Taco Bell website says they should be open. Very inconvenient. The employees have been nice though, so that’s a plus! Bonus star for niceness.

Found a hair in my cantina bowl– it definitely wasn’t mine. The trip before this one, I heard the drive thru employee speaking poorly of customers …“Wow, that was the stupidest question any customer has ever asked me, I don’t know how I could have made it any freaking clearer”. Corporate needs to shut this location down. Ugh.

DONOTGOTOTHISTACOBELL! My grandfather and I came by here last night and at one point, he had to use the restroom. The restroom was absolutely filthy and had obviously not been cleaned or attended to for hours. As such, there was toilet paper left on the seat that he had to remove so he could cover the seat in a new liner. While removing the toilet paper, my grandfather was punctured by a syringe that had been wrapped in the used paper!!! He had to contact the GGPD and fill out a police report and the Taco Bell management team was hardly helpful with the situation. As a result of the lack of cleanliness standards at this Taco Bell, my grandfather has been potentially exposed to diseases such as HIV, and we are unable to know for six months. This is completely unacceptable and people need to know not to come to this location!!!

N side of Chapman W of Brookhurst Can’t! I came here with an open mind. I realize that most Unilocalers aren’t really a fan of the Bell and I was prepared to give this place at least 3 stars, BUT… They still managed to live up to the reputation of their low rating! Let’s face it… TB certainly is not gaining any points for authenticity, but hey… if you want to get your Mexican fix and a TB happens to be closer than their competitor then this Mexican inspired Fast Food giant is available. The place was super clean, the staff was very nice, and the place was surprisingly empty for a Friday night, but although two of my items were decent those fancy shmancy Doritos shells just don’t live up to the hype at all. I tried one of their regular Nacho Cheese flavored Tacos Locos and my fingers of course got messy from the Nacho Cheese on the shell, but not only was the Doritos flavor muted for the most part, but the shell itself was pretty stale. No joke… it wasn’t fresh and crunchy like I was hoping. Instead one can tell that this shell was obviously beyond its expiration date. Say what you want about the boil in a bag meat they provide… that was nothing compared to the mehness that was this Taco Shell! Seating comes in the form of regular tables and plastic booths. There is plenty of parking in this Strip Mall Lot. They are located really close to a Souplantation.

So on the way home I was hungry and wanted to try the new Durritos tacos. I went thru drive thru was asked to wait. So I waited 2 minutes before I ordered. Ordered the 3 special tacos and requested a 4th. Got to the window and had to wait with out anyone ahead of me. I finally paid and waited. Total time waited was 11 minutes. The reciept paper said lets us know how we did email on back side. flipped it over no website or email was blank. I ordered the new special Durritos tacos and the new Ranch one all Supreme and got only 3 supreme tacos and a regular. Asked me for what kind of hot sauce I asked for mild I got hot. Every part of this location sucked I will never come back here.

I’m clearly not the only one who has noticed that this Taco Bell SUCKS! I’m not sure why they can’t seem to get their act together. Whether it’s wrong items, missing ingredients, or missing employees(seriously, we sat at the drive thru once and there was no one there even though they were open), they always get something wrong! Most recent problem? I ordered an item with no meat and extra beans. The receipt said«easy beans» so I clarified with the cashier(who was a shift lead or something according to his name tag) that it was supposed to be extra beans. He said it was. So it was not really a surprise when my item had almost no beans on it. I know I’m asking for a simple substitution, but it’s a very common one, and I’m paying full price for a much cheaper meatless item. At least give me my frickin’ beans! Lol When I brought it back to the counter and showed him the obvious lack of beans, he just said«ok» and made a new one. The employees of this Taco Bell lack accountability, customer service skills, and basic food prep abilities. Just another reason I am a Del Taco fan(although luckily most Taco Bells do not suck like this one).

I need to join in on the common theme with every review written for this location. «I like taco bell but not this location». Something is seriously wrong with this franchise location. Obviously there’s no checking by corporate to make sure their product is being served consistently between franchises. I truly believe in the food poisoning reviews for this Taco Bell since they are obviously cutting corners by serving outdated stale food waaaaaaaay past it’s prime. The only picture for this Taco Bell showing a blown out torn burrito is a perfect representation. I had their beefy cheesy potato burrito which royally sucked. The tortilla was so old and stale it had large areas that were rock hard. Just like the picture my burrito was blown out and torn up. The potatoes in my burrito were cold and had that dry powdery consistency you get with freeze dried potatoes. I think my elementary school cafeteria had better potatoes. DISGUSTINGANDPATHETIC. I also tried the Doritos taco for the first time, two of them. The hard shell tortilla on both was so stale it didn’t even crunch anymore, kind of had the texture of cardboard. When I picked up my taco the bottom was so soggy it literally fell off leaving me holding two sides of stale taco shell with all the filling laying on the bottom of the wrapper. Also these are not Doritos… this is just stale taco shell dusted with cheese powder. Didn’t taste anything like a Doritos. I applaud their marketing skills making such lame crap seem like such an awesome product. My wife’s tacos didn’t commit suicide like mine but she thought it tasted like crap. If I ever get the craving for Taco Bell again I’ll trek over to the Beach Blvd & Garden Grove Blvd location. I used to live across the street from that one and never had a problem. I think I’ll write a letter to corporate. When every single review for this place is 1 and 2 stars something is seriously wrong and they need to know!

This Taco Bell is nice on the outside but beware of the most important aspect, their food! $ 1.19 for a bean and cheese off their value menu? That’s not a value to me when I get old crusty beans and the cheese is non existent. I’d like to thank the dude who gave me one packet of sauce in my bag! I will be sure to suck every last drop out of it. I asked for no onions take a wild guess on what I crunched on once I took a bite? I wanted to shove that burrito up his…*grumbles* I well NEVER eat at this Taco Smell again! RANDOMFACT: Taco Bell began co-branding with KFC in 1995

Love Taco Bell! This is one that we never eat inside; just order through the drive-thru. We frequent this one a lot and they’ve only messed up our order only a couple of times. Really close the house, also, which is a big plus. lol!

I like Taco Bell… but like many people have said… this Taco Bell is a little uh. lacking(I’m trying to be nice). I rarely go inside anymore. Like many people said, the staff that man the registers aren’t always quite there. Now it’s not their fault, but I recall one incident where they had the Volcano Taco on sale for 79 cents I believe, but the cashier rang it up for 99 cents, telling me there was 20 cents sales tax. Uh, I’m pretty sure I should’ve walked out of the place right then and there. But I’ve consistently have had bad service while inside the place. Drive thru? I’ve had quite the opposite. I’ve almost always had pretty good service in the drive-thru. The crew seems to be pretty good at what they do in the drive-thru. Now granted I’ve had my fair share of screw-ups in the drive-thru, but not nearly as many as inside the place. If I’m desperate and don’t want to go to the awesome one on Valley View, I’ll settle on this one, but It’s pretty awful.

This taco bell is by far the worst taco bell that is out there. They are consistently, horrifyingly aweful. Whoever does the hiring is a complete moron. How hard is it to take an order and pile togeher pre-made shit? I can’t for the life of me figure out why they are so careless. The food sticks to the wrappers, beans are always old, they can’t manage to get the order right, including the hot sauce you ask for. They don’t even cut the damn mexican pizzas my boyfriend orders; either that or they are all over the place and not. put together right. Too bad i live literally a rock throw away… i mean am i really going to drive to another one? Im seriously contemplating it.

This is a horrible Taco Bell, even by Taco Bell standards. Everytime I order a taco I have to ask for extra cheese, which really means just give me a normal amount of cheese. You can actually count on one hand how many strands of cheese these cheap motherf*ckers give you. Their tacos tend to be lettuce with a little bit of meat and 4 strands of cheese. Cheap and lazy is how I would describe this TB, and they do it consistently! The morons they have working there are just that… morons! You have to repeat yourself like ten times at the drive through and then STILL fuck up your order. They ask you if you’d like hot sauce, then don’t give you any. They ask you what type of hot sauce you would like, medium for example, then give you hot. Half the time you go through the drive through you can’t even understand what the immigrant taking order is even saying. I don’t want to hear you mumble some spanish at me and try your hardest to not enter the order accurately. I mean it’s fucking Taco Bell, how hard can it be to work there?! Ya, lets have the person with the least english skills work the drive through… What a fucking dump!

I love Taco Bell. Just not this one. The cashier lady, although obviously having a few screws loose to begin with, really needs to stop spitting on the customers when she slobbers your order back to you. And she really needs to get the fuck out of my way when I’m reaching for a soda. Yes, I have an empty soda cup in my hand walking towards the soda fountain — this does NOT mean you should hurry to block the soda fountain off while you sit there sweeping hairballs, chewed gum, and what appeared to be chunks of vomit from under the machine. I was the only one in there, couldn’t you have waited 30 seconds? Besides that, my crunchwrap sucked. Next time you make one, could you please include beans, lettuce, cheese, and whatever the hell else is supposed to go in the tortilla? Even the soda fountain tasted off. Maybe that’s why she was trying to block me from using it in the first place? Anyways, 2 stars because hey — it’s still a Taco Bell.
