Food and drinks are still good but service is so bad now. Wth with having only 1 waitress running around during lunch hour? They prolly have 1 cook in the kitchen as well because it took forever for our food and drinks to come out. The owner of this place need to step it up!

I loved Tebo when I first starting going a few years ago. Now I’ve been constantly disappointed the past 4 – 5 times I’ve went. First of all, for both Brookhurst locations, service is VERY slow and staff don’t look trained or confident in their speaking skills. Secondly, their popular items run out very quickly, you’d think they would stock up a lot on the most popular plates. And lastly, you can’t split checks. It is a lounge, perfect for friends and family at night that want a few drinks and appetizers and when you receive the check, you can’t split it if you have cards. Only cash and 1 card. LAME!!! I’ve given this place chance after chance but honestly I wouldn’t want to come here anymore. Their sign still says hiring after months of visiting. I just feel like it’s lacking the organization and capabilities of a lounge that is quite poplar.

They had a new girl working the line, she didn’t know what to do nor was there anyone there to help her so the line was out the door. Paid $ 10.53 for 2 drinks, that would’ve been okay if the drinks weren’t iced down. The Coco Bay was nothing but ice my boyfriend finished half of it in one sip. My tropical twister had little to no jelly bits. NEVERGOINGTHEREAGAIN.

So this place has a bit of a bad rap, I have been going to this place before the name change and still come here on occasion for drinks when I’m visiting family just because I know what to expect. It’s got the tea, it’s got the juice, and it has the smoothies. So I decided to meet up with a friend for snacks and this is the place we chose to hit up. We went with the calamari(non-ring), the sweet potato fries, and the battered tofu. I didn’t expect much because this place is kinda old news but this was a first time getting food here. The food was good the calamari surprised me the most, although the tofu was also enjoyable. My friend got the milk tea which as usual comes in a weird shaped glass. I never really understood their glassware choices, but c’est la vie. Don’t expect much when coming here though, my service wasn’t the greatest I’ve had in my life, but seeing as how it is like young girls, I didn’t really expect to feel too much attention. I will mention the music system they had changed volumes every minute and really made conversation hard, but when slow expect to be able to sit for a while.

If only I could give a zero for service. 1) we signed in at 10:22 On the seating list, there was a large group ahead of us and after our group were much smaller groups, groups of two to be exact. When someone came out to call in the next group, they skipped the large groups that was meant to go next and also our group despite empty booths obviously empty that can seat the large groups. The two groups of two were called in to take the empty booths. There were many mini tables that the workers could have moved to fit in that group of seven that were ahead of us and our group of six could easily fit in one freaken booth. No customers were seated at those tables even after we were about to leave. Yet two groups of two people were called in before us even though they were CLEARLY after us. So I went to the list and marked stars next to our name and the group ahead of us. When someone came out to call in the next group, I guess the stars worked because they finally called in the group of seven. Although that group probably left due to the wait so we got called in. The table they gave us was combined with a mini table, however, we did not need it. 2) it took a long time for someone to get our order. It was 11:02 when we finally got our orders in. Apparently you have to ask for your complimentary green tea now with your entrée. 3) our cup of waters came last. We had to ask for them more than 3 times. 4) our servers kept changing and we kept requesting the same thing over again i.e. our waters and complimentary green teas. 5) restrooms. Just no. Why was the toilet paper wet. Thats unsanitary, bacteria can grow in moist areas. We do not know where it came from. We had been patient until all those problems arose.

I’ve been meaning to give a review to this place, since my friends and I occasionally find ourselves attracted to their dessert. Here’s my review to remind myself not to go here. 1.) Service is horrible. We waited more than half an hour to be seated, they didn’t even look outside to give us an estimated time or apologize for their horrible timing. 2.) Servers aren’t as polite as you think they are. Lots of attitude and eye glancing from them. 3.) Food took more than an hour to come out. My friends and I ordered the smoothies and fruit drinks. But why did it take 20 minutes? Honestly, they were not that busy. I was there around 10ish. Not busy. 4.) Toast box was over done. 5.) Drinks had too much ice. Too much syrup. 6.) Servers didn’t check up on us or anything? The only time they were nice was when they handed us the check. 7.) Cannot split up checks. Chick said no. Sure, try this place for the experience, but there is a big chance you will be disappointed. Since I’ve graduated high school, the same hiring sign is still posted; there’s a reason why for that. I try not to come here often, and I prefer the other location. Please train your workers better or something. I didn’t tip at all, either.

Been here a few times. Their drinks are always great. My favorite is the Pom Pom peach and the triple stars flavor tea. Wish their drink portions were slightly bigger for the flavor teas but other than that, they are all pretty flavorful and tasty. Perfect for a hot day! They get really busy at night time, it’s a great place to hang out at. The lines are always out the door. I also order the popcorn chicken which taste practically the same everywhere so it’s pretty decent. Next time I’ll try other foods that they offer here.

Not happy that I paid $ 5.94 for a pure juice mixture that was ¾ the cup full of ice! Ripping customers off who are actually spending more than others. Ridiculous! 3 stars are to balance that I loved what I received but not at all worth that value.

I wanted a Thai ice tea boba. Figured this place would be legit as they have quite the drink menu. They put the milk teas in a unique bottle and have small circle ice which makes it hard to get boba without getting ice. Personally, I like when there is regular ice and I can get the boba without having ice at the same time. The tea itself was pretty standard, nothing over the top but not the worst, it was Thai tea. The boba was a bit on the softer side for my personal liking, again, not top notch but not the worst. So, would I come here again? Sure, if I was near by I’d stop in but I would not go out of my way to come here for the drink.

Went in, craving a smoothie and some spring rolls. I was drawn in by the gang load of fruit I saw in their see-through fridge at the counter. I ordered the berry blast smoothie and some spring rollls(weird combo, I know). I berry blast smoothie tasted more like a slushy with chunks of frozen fruits and was a little too sweet, even though I asked for less sweet. It tasted okay, but not that great. The spring rolls were pretty average too. The lettuce that they used seemed old as some of the pieces were brown. However, their peanut sauce was pretty good. Overall, i didn’t have a great experience. Maybe their other drinks are better and I just got the wrong drink? Or maybe I’m just biased since I don’t like my drinks too sweet.

Good, fruity teas. After years of coming here, I’m still a fan. This review is strictly only about their juice tea selection. I’ve been here a numerous of times & this spot hasn’t changed a bit. I mainly come here before I take that drive back to NorCal because of their bottles. I love their pure juice selections! Two of my favorite tea flavors would be the Tropical Twister & Pom Pom Peach. I love drinking fruity teas. Tebo knows how to do it right. I normally find the fruit flavor too strong/sweet, or not enough at other spots. but Tebo has a perfect balance of sweet fruit flavor and the bitterness of the tea and that’s why I still come here whenever I visit SoCal. Overall, solid place. I’d pass on the food and just come here strictly for the to-go bottle teas!

We went to Tebo Tebo and had some drinks after dinner at Brodard. I think it was across the street, not sure. I got Almont MT $ 3.69 — it’s HUGE. It was tasty enough. B. got Mango slushie — it’s HUGE, nice cold drink. Cousin got Awesome 3Some $ 4.99 — she liked her drink. Total after tax $ 14.49! Charge it. Bathrooms in the back.

Great location to get a quick and refreshing drink! It has seating, just like the Westminster location, and we love to sit down and get snacks too. We have shared an entire toast box with another couple one time, and we loved it! The presentation on those is excellent. As for snacks/drinks, my favorites are the ponado, calamari, and basically any of the smoothies.

So many regrets. I’ve only been here once before but today will be my last. Ordered the Panda Milk Tea(apparently its mung bean milk tea with FRESH pandan flavor and jelly) and it was blatantly powder. The cashier told me they ran out of pandan jelly unfortunately and I asked if I could substitute it with boba and she said yes. However her coworker tells her no, and attempts to explain to her reasons why not. She looks just as confused as I was and reluctantly retracts that offer and asked if I could select another topping instead. No big deal, as long as the substitution is still in effect, I am a happy camper. Come the Panda Milk Tea which I chose to replace the missing pandan jelly with coconut ones. I check the bottom of the cup to see if they were present and they were not. I inquire the barista about it and she says it’s in there, just not a lot. WELL I FINISHEDTHEENTIRECUPANDNOT A SINGLECOCONUTJELLYHASGRACEDITSELFUPONMYTONGUE. HOMIELIEDTOMYFACE. If I sound upset it’s because I am. If you run out of an ingredient that’s missing from your own concoction, I’d say at least give your customers a discount or allow them to substitute it with something of equal value. Don’t lie about it and make up some bullshit. Save your money and take it to 7 Leaves. Trust.

The drinks here just amazing. So many flavors, so many options, so many of lots of things. I always like the Thai Iced Tea with jelly. Actually it comes in a plastic bottle for easier transportation although it’s hard to close the bottle with a boba straw inside of it. If you’re hungry, the restaurant portion is also attached to the tea express section. Both section serves drinks but only the restaurant portion serves food if I remember correctly. The place is awesome. I suggest stopping by! :)

Restaurant, tea shop, plus to-go window outside! the restaurant is interesting because music is blasting so it reminds me of a lounge similar to ChaH2O they have a large variety of drinks to choose from, teas to fruity drinks —pen-co: pennywort drink that is naturally sweetened. not bad but i think pennywort is an acquired taste kind of pricey for what you’re getting!

Happened to randomly check out this place looking for dessert without Unilocaling it first since we were already in the plaza, and am glad we did. The window on the outside is for to-go orders only. Dessert: One of their brick toasts(green tea ice cream, mochi, custard cream, strawberries, apple) split between 3 people. Huge portion. Cute presentation. I liked the inside was pre-cut into smaller cubes and unlike some other desserts this one wasn’t too sweet. I’d definitely recommend it. Takes about 20 minutes for them to make which they tell you up front. Drinks: didn’t opt for any of their unique looking drinks but ordered a couple hot green teas. they were definitely on sweet and i can see why others wouldnt like it, especially if they were expecting traditional green tea. Service: it was fine. came at 3pm on a saturday and there was only a couple other parties there but didnt have any problems. Overall: had a good time. enjoyed the dessert. based on the other reviews i dont know if id come for boba or anything but if im in the area and feeling some brick toast id stop by.

I had just finished eating pizza and wanted something to wash the grease down. Unfortunately it was around midnight and all other places were closed(Tastea, Jamba Juice, 7 Leaves). Tebo was the only thing nearby that was open so I settled and thought maybe it shouldn’t be as bad as reviewers say. NOPE I was wrong! World’s worst smoothie makers goes to Tebo! I got the Purple Urkle(taro & red bean smoothie) added lychee jelly and this thing was the worst and most overpaid drink ever! A regular was almost $ 6. The cooks need a little 101 on how to make smoothies. Barely could taste the taro, but the lychee jelly was good. The red beans were scattered throughout which was good, and tasted like any other red bean in the vietnamese dessert(che). As I was drinking it through the straw I was completely baffled by the texture of the drink. I kept sucking, but basically just kept getting air through the straw. The smoothie looked good, but it literally was like drinking super fine shaved ice. Normally smoothies when you drink it, it is creamy, smooth, and thick, but not here. I was so disappointed and even go a stomach ache –__– NEVERCOMINGAGAIN! The fobs/teenie boppers that just stand around outside stare at you too which is a bit awkward
