I used them this morning for an 8 pallet delivery. They came on very short notice. In addition, Erik the driver came on time and help us load his truck. Lastly, Josh the manager /dispatcher was a life saver because the other trucking company did not show up. This meant our delivery was not delayed. My review was not prompted by anyone nor coached. I am using them again for the following weeks order.

I’ve known Jay & Chris Newjahr for a little more than a year, but in that short period of time, I’ve witnessed firsthand how leadership and teamwork build a business brand and truly live up to the name. From the drivers (Who take pride in keeping their trucks standing tall) to the dispatchers, to the office mascots - (Riley & Kiki are a hoot!) everyone’s’ contribution reflects their «we care» attitude. They are concerned with their reputation locally and pride themselves on knowing what each customer’s needs are & reacting differently — depending upon their specific requests. I would definitely recommend Best Yet Express to anyone looking for personalized service.

I have worked with Best Yet for more than 10 years. They are our primary local carrier and our relationship is outstanding. Pick up and delivery is on time and in all the years we have used BYX I have never had a claim. Tracing and POD’s are just an email or call away. Drivers are courteous and the dispatch staff is helpful and has saved my bacon on several occasions.
If you need a dedicated carrier you really need look no further, just call Jay or Carlos or Josh and they can take care of your needs.
