Carson Plaza Hotel

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed up in my whole entire life dirty sheets gum on the headboard I’m still trying to get my money back I left the room after a few hours because I was so disgusted by this I am getting the runaround from the hotel to get my money back in the hotel looks like this they should rent it out if anybody would like to see pictures of the room hit me up on this account and I’ll show you

I chose to stay here because it is conveniently located and fairly inexpensive. However, on my last stay I was given a room with a broken door on the back side of the building, lovely view of the 91 fwy. The door was broken and not at all secure, none of the channels on the tv came in clear enough to watch and when I decided to take a bath, I found a colony of ants that had already claimed the tub as their own. I called the office and was given another room at 10pm only to find that that room had lights that didn’t work and the tub drain was also broken so I still couldn’t take my bath like I wanted too.
I called the office the next day to let them know about my experience and I left a very detailed description but NEVER received a call back from management despite my daily calls over a week. I came in and was told by an employee that I would receive a 20% discount on my next room for the inconvenience. So when I came to stay again (currently here) it was a different story and the discount was not given to me.
My new room has a «new» bed in it that is as hard as a rock! This has to be the cheapest mattress they found and ordered in bulk! I’ve never stayed in a hotel with a mattress like this.
The elevator smells as if someone vomited in it. I left the room at 9 am and returned at 1:30 and room service still had not come. They knocked at my door at 3pm to clean my room. And the «breakfast» that they advertise consists of small boxes of cereal, dole fruit cups and bagel wrapped in plastic next to an out of order toaster.
Horrible customer service, sketchy looking patrons, and filthy facility overall. I will not be returning here and would recommend that anybody looking for a place in the area go up the street to the Extended Stay for $ 16 more! This place is a dump!

Omg, first of all, I usedto stay here b4 n it was kool, cheaper than other motels near by n really wasn’t bad for the price. That was 3 yrs ago now price went up jacuzzi rooms now r $ 80 a nite, first I stayed in room #224 it was ok. The refrigerator door was messed up, n air conditioning kept shutting off every 10 minutes. They said it was set to auto for shut off but I don’t believe it is, it was having issues. So I switched to room #221 for the next day n get the room to find it not cleaned, trash on table n in bathroom, tissue on sink counter so we called for service to come re clean the room again so they did, but later in the day my son hands me a crack pipe that he found behind the toilet, so fukn nasty. Then my girl goes to clean the tub n removed the jacuzzi tub filter n it was filthy as well, she had to bleach the tub n everything in the bathroom. That’s not what a customer should be doing whos paying $ 80 a nite… just wrong! I honestly dont know if I can say that I’d come here again. Until this gets cleaned up ill be going elsewhere next time.

I stayed from Aug 29 — Sept 22, 2014 while they remodeled my apartment. Breakfast was free, parking free. We had 2 queen size beds, working frig, microwave, basic tv, free wifii, clean pool. Towels were given every day. Full service every other day.

Not the greatest hotel. Some of the outdoor stairs were rotted. There was holes in the staircase and the wall above the parking lot. Also the gym was pitiful. My home gym was better than their gym. The pool was like a twenty by twenty square. Not impressive. Will never stay there again.

Bang for your buck! Pros: clean, affordable, free wi-​fi, free gym, free breakfast (devil eggs, yogurt, fruit, bagles, cereal, sausage sandwhiches). Also, complimentary water, soda, toothbrush, toothpaste and comb. Towels are changed and bed is made everyday. Refridgerator, hair dryer, iron w/​iron board in room. Soda and ice machines on every floor. Quiet. Friendly staff. Discounts offered at times. Cons: wi-​fi connection disconnects frequently, furniture in room is older. Stayed 6 days and loved it. Located in Carson, nice area.
