Disappointing… ordered a shrimp tostada. i heard them screw up the order n get chicken instead n laugh about it. I dunno how they got the chicken out(maybe with hands? as the drive up window girl had no gloves on n she was the one that hid behind wall to change out from chicken to shimp. Id like to see the video surveillance.) but there was chicken bits n 7 pieces of shrimp. Id like the manager contact me with information as ur night crew pay no attention or have the respect to get customers orders. They talk on their ear pieces to each other when they should be getting orders right. Again, the manager should look at the video around 10:52pm on Saturday 6÷18÷16. .and to think the rate is going to be $ 15/hr for this crap service n mistake… n possibly food safety issues if girl didnt use gloves to take off the chicken… i think the proper SOP is to make a new one. Im hungry so if i get food poisoning or have an upset stomach due to this, I’ll know who to contact. Ill post a pic of the tostada for reference. Do ur job right. stop running ur mouth, girl, n pay attention. Ur ear piece is to get orders n not to talk to each other on things other than work.

They ran out of a ton of sides! Couldn’t get anything I wanted wen I came and it was not even close to closing time. That’s very bad for a food place if you ask me! You shouldn’t be out of everything on your menu. I would rather drive a little rather to a better location Just got my food opened to find UNCOOKED rice. Seasoned but uncooked.

All I can say is… Thanks for fucking up my food! I Hardly complain. I work at a restaurant too… I get it I’m there a little late and you guys want to go totally understandable but when the girl there starts being loud as hell playing around with I think the manager? Come on guys. Not only that I said no cheese no sour cream on my salad. Well there was no sour cream but there was cheese. Sucks that I have to rate this place a one. I’m sticking to my pollo loco on Crenshaw and artesia always more friendlier and helpful there!

If you want to get your order mixed up please go here. I asked for a fruit punch with no ice cause I know how bad these places love to shove the whole cup with ice to save money. They filled the whole cup with ice. Then I asked for a crunchy salad and the gave me a salad in a tortilla ??? I didn’t realize until I got home. Plus they forgot to give me a side of beans that I asked for but made sure to charge me for it. And these people want $ 15? Give me a break.

Once upon a time, I walked in here to have some much needed food after being involved in a car accident. I walked here from the Enterprise that’s located on the same block. I wanted healthy food, and El Pollo Loco is the place to go. When I walked in, it was not too busy. This is great, considering that it was lunch time. I ordered their double-chicken bowl, and totally devoured it. To wash it down, I had an iced tea. I was in and out in a matter of ten minutes. The meal really hit the spot. I walked back to the Enterprise, and the staff there was surprised at how fast my lunch was. I attributed that to the fact that I eat very fast, and the staff at this El Pollo Loco are efficient in their service. For this they get five stars, as well as being a silver lining in an otherwise stressful day. Thanks, peeps!

I usually do drive thru at this location and get my usual Tostada Salad, which i love. I’ve had a few, isolated issues with the staff forgetting to put in my extra salsas that i request but now i make sure to double check before driving away. The attendants at the intercom are courteous and quick. The line usually runs smoothly and relatively fast. I keep coming back so it’s not bad at all. One thing i did notice is that the Creamy Cilantro dressing is not the same as other locations. Not sure why that is.

If I can give this place zero stars I will. I went with my mother in law and it took us 45 minutes to get our food. I am never going back here again. Food was cold and you literally have to ask them for every little condiment.

At the time that i arrived here, i was eager to order some food because I love Pollo loco. the food is just good, but even if the food is awesome if the customer service is not of good quality, then your experience there is not good. I came here wanted to make two transactions, which by the way there were no cars just one getting there food, and the employee at the the drive-thru clearly said no because at lunch time it gets busy and they couldn’t do that. I was so upset that i just decided to not buy anything, she could have at least said it politely but that was not the case. The quality of customer service needs to improve. That goes a long way.

Food is good. But service is ridiculous. A female employee at the drive through was very rude for no reason. I was talking to her very nicely and she kept rolling her eyes with a mean rude look. Even the manager was a bit rude. Smh.

The food is decent and tastes fresh at least for the tostadas. Although drive-thru is more convenient, better to order inside so that you can fill up your own salsa cups and request for larger cups than the tiny ones. I’ve tried to request for more than 1 tiny salsa container through drive thru for 2 meals and only received 1 extra… thus only 1 per meal =|

El Pollo Loco is about as classy as fast food can get. This location is always on top of things. Good staff. No problems. It’s all about the Chicken Avocado Burrito and the Avocado Quesadilla!

I hate locations that think their customers are stupid and won’t be able to notice that their creamy cilantro dressing is watered down. This is one of those locations, it really makes a difference in the taste of the dressing. Not to mention how slow and rude they are but unfortunately this is the closest one to my house.

This has to be one of the worst El Pollo Locos ever! The employees are half brained people that can’t get a simple order right. Seriously… how hard is it to get a ice tea right? The drive thru is terrible– slow and poor service. The parking is terrible that is pretty dark at night for safety reasons.
