GameStop

I came into this GameStop with my kids because they wanted to spend their birthday money on of course, video games.
I had the pleasure to have Julian help us out. He was very patient with us. My kids changed their mind a few times. They ended up buying a ps4 card and steam card.
My little guy scratched the code to a point where it wasn’t able to be read. I really thought I was screwed and I lost out on 20 buck. I called the store and he right away tried to help. He was trying to do it to where I didn’t have to come back in which was so nice. Unfortunately, I did need to return to the store but he was able to fix my issue and i wasn’t out of money. Employees like Julian are what make a customer want to return. He was helpful and kind. Thank you Julian. This is now our go to GameStop.

Meh… I only come here when Target doesn’t have a game or pre order in stock. Some of the associates are pushy (not all). But this company is known for that and its greed which is why its better to avoid it all together.

I don’t see why there are negative reviews for this place. I have been coming here for years and I have never had bad service. The people that work here are always quick to help and if they aren’t then it’s because they are helping someone else. It’s called patience people!

I usually go to this GameStop because it’s the closest one to my place, never really had a personal problem with any of my purchases and all the employees has always been nice to me. the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because I overheard 2 employees talking about one of the female employee, I’d rather not discuss here what have been said. it wasn’t anything sexual but it’s definitely something that people shouldn’t be talking about their co workers behind their back at work regardless if there’s any customer or not.

I have this GameStop 4 stars because the staff works hard to take care of their customers. I’ve come in enough times to see that the level of service sets them apart.
As far as the store itself goes, it is maybe average. It’s on the small side relative to other GameStops but they stay in stock with the necessities. I did find an awesome retro-​looking DSXL that I suddenly really wanted. I’m glad this is shop local to me, I plan to catch up on some gaming soon.

I did not appreciate waiting in line for 10 minutes and having the manager put a couple people who showed up after me in front of me just because they had pre-​orders.
I felt like walking out, I certainly won’t come to this location in the future.

NEver agree to wait in line with your brother on his birthday!!! especially for CAll of duty!!! ahhhhhhhh… freezing cold. Im just kidding had a very interesting time here. Waited for few hours just to get a number for the midnight pick up of CALL OF DUTY!!! waited and waited. was entertained by plenty of situations. Withing 30mins two cars were jumpstarted, one cars starter went out. Indian Guy in a brand spanken new BMW selling the new CAll of Duty games early. after finally getting closer to the door and being second in line bad new were broken down to all of us waiting. «Our computers are down, we are sorry for the inconvinience» nooooooooo. we were second in line did i mention that. waited an hour for their computer system to reboot to get our ticket!!! Number 69!!! woot woot. oh… hahaha… while we waited we got free pizza and pepsi!!! mmm thank you for catering GAmestop!!! we got our game pretty freaken bad ass… so worth the wait. !!!
