We looked all over for a bowling alley and we have found the perfect location. It’s super clean, great prices, great customer service and atmosphere. We will definitely be back !

I came to this alley on a Sunday morning with a couple people and really enjoyed bowling here. Setup: the bowling ally has a café inside, which is amazing! It is a smaller venue than a typical bowling alley. They also sell beer for pretty cheap too. Crowd: there are a lot of people who take bowling seriously here. They have a bunch of regulars that come and practice; they’re very good. But don’t be intimidated. If I can bowl below less than 100 in front of a bunch of bowling league peeps, so can you! Customer service: they are very personable and were very responsive when there was a technical issue with our lane. Tip: it is common courtesy to not bowl at the same time as the person adjacent to your lane. If you are unlucky, you will be put on blast.

I used to hang out here back in the day in the pool hall. I liked this place cause you can bowl, have a drink in the bar, play video games or pool. Back then smoking was allowed inside so the pool hall was always smokey. Now after being redone it looks even nicer they moved the video games from the main walking area to a little room in front of the pool hall and the pool hall looks really nice too. This is not a huge place but for it’s size it very nice. The bar wasn’t opened so wasn’t able to see inside there this trip. Overall a much better look from when I hung out here back in the day.

Lanes are in great condition, beer is good, staff is friendly. I went here after a bad experience with another bowling alley and was very happy with my time here.

Came here due to the reviews and wanted to try something different than CalBowl. 3rd in line for cosmic bowling $ 20/pp for unlimited bowling from 9:30p –12:30a including shoes. The wait wasn’t bad at all and they even had an IPA here. By far my best cosmic bowling experience, I will definitely come back again.

Amazing spot! Fried rice is on point, loco moco Portuguese sausage is bomb, and sometimes the chef offers to prep different Filipino dishes on the weekends, to get that traditional comfot food in your belly, which reminds me of my mom. Great portions for the price. Plus, you can shoot pool right across the hall. I highly recommend this joint.

First time visit and had a great time! We came on a sat evening and it was not crowed at all, very clean and had a nice little restaurant right inside. The staff was very friendly to us as well, we will definitely be back!

I like what they’ve done with the place… No, really. I do. Went to Gardena Bowl recently and the renovations from the last time I’ve been there look great. The new lanes, seating areas and the LED scoreboards. Everything looks much brighter and clean. You can even put your photo next to your name on the score display. Ha! Awesome. That’s next level. It’s a good look for the bowling alley. The billiards room looks about the same to me. And the good ol’ coffee shop that serves great Hawaiian, Japanese and American favorites looks nicer than when I was there last. The menus were new! Like I said, it’s been some time since I’ve been in the building. Glad I finally made it back. Gardena Bowl… Always a good place to stop in whenever in the South Bay.

Came here last night. Love the remodel. I haven’t been back since ’14. It was too many leagues playing then, hard to get a lane. But it looked like less of that. Saturday night bowling comes with lights and dark rooms. I met some chill peeps. Going back to find the chill peeps. Blonde curly hair. First time there. Looking smooth, playing pool. Find the right ball, slide it down the lane. Get that spare, no fair, you missed that strike. Fries were good. Drinks were strong. I’m coming back just to hang out at the bar and play pool. Great time. Happy times.

Every time we come here there’s always an issue with the lanes!!! 1st time we came there was a bowling league we had to wait for; ok, understandable. The 2nd time we called ahead and they told us the lanes were open. We get here and there is another bowling league here; its 6:30& lanes won’t be open until 9pm. Why the H3LL didn’t they tell us this when we called??? They have great deals when we’re able to have access to them but it’s always some BS when dealing with this spot!!! Will most likely not be back here(so unfortunate)!

Yo!!! This place is fu) l of SH#T!!! I spoke to them earlier askn about the 2 to 5 special and they had a league bowling til 345 so I get there 640 and they got another league bowling! They certainly could’ve put us up on game that they had a league coming soon that would take up the whole day. To get there and there’s another league bowling til after 9 «irritating ass FU$K!!!» This place needs to go ahead n close to the public, take that special off Unilocal and just become a league spot period! Cuz this is the third time I’ve driven up here and been subjected to the bullshit!!!

This is one comprehensive bowling alley! Came here on a Saturday night and put my name down for Cosmic Bowling around 7pm. To kill some time, ate at the great restaurant inside the bowling alley, checked out the arcade, and just hung around. Just a little before 9:30pm, checked in and was ready to bowl. Staff members are efficient and friendly. Cosmic bowling $ 20/person for unlimited games. I have my own bowling shoes so I can’t comment about their shoes. Gardena Bowl’s equipment is definitely up to date! The screens aver very interactive and animated, but not in 80s graphics. It’s contemporary and some of the graphics are quite funny, especially if you get a strike or spare. Plenty of bowling balls to borrow, most of them looked neon-colored in the cosmic lighting. Overall place is clean, including the bathrooms. Vending machines are reasonable and stocked. I’m looking to bowl here again soon!

I really enjoyed my first experience with them. Most aspects of the business were good, however costumer service lacked a little bit. It would be nice if the manager could change that

Made two stops to GB in this year’s trip to California. Victor and Sammy are always friendly and welcoming hosts. Dave in the bar was very attentive(missed Kay and hope she’ll be okay). And the staff in the Coffee Shop still serves up the finest food anywhere. Although I didn’t bowl it was good seeing Juan and Tony too.

I love it here! Great prices, friendly staff, clean lanes, restaurant, bar, billiards, shop, and an arcade. I have not personally been to billiards, the arcade or bar, but it always has people there so it’s got to be doing something right. I have been coming here a couple times a month for the past year and some and would have to say they have some of the best lanes with the best service. Tony heads the shop and is very friendly and knowledgeable. He’s not trying to take your money, he wants to help improve your game. Recently the whole place got a make over and they got fancy new flat screens and tablets for score keeping along with all new décor. Looks super sleek, but I can’t get an overview of my previous games anymore. Printouts are still a thing, however, I like to think of the trees so I just record on my phone as I go. The crowd here(I typically play Friday afternoon and sunday morning) are wonderful locals who are fun and friendly. Usually a bit of an older crowd, but they have more energy then me! I would say the downside is the bathroom and if anything that needs a makeover, but it’s not bad enough to dock a star. Bottom line, if you want to bowl on some good lanes for a good price while supporting a local business, look no further. I’m sure not!

I love this spot. I have no complaints yet. My brother and I had a great time.‘I kicked his ass in 2 games but it was really fun. The place is very convenient and the front desk works very fast. The shoes are very comfortable as well. They don’t look bad at all. The prices are relatively cheap from 2 – 5 Mon through Friday so that’s cool. Pretty ladies as well often. Plenty of parking which is wonderful as well!

I do not know if I am bias for a five star review for the bowling alley because we do not bowl here, but I still love everything about this laid back atmosphere. We have been coming here for years to shoot pool and it’s one of our favorite spots. They have 9 pool tables here, on weekdays it’s 3 bucks an hour per person, and also 2 nice size Tv’s. There is plenty of seats and lots of pool sticks if you do not have your own. There is always someone cleaning up, this place is very well maintained. They have a bar that serves nice strong drinks and there is a big window in the pool area to watch people bowl also. The staff here is so friendly, lots of island love you just can’t beat that. If you come on a Friday or Saturday night it will be very busy with lots of youngsters and there is also a small arcade in the pool area.

Pros — Friendly environment, people there«frequent and the usuals» so its a friendly environment. Decent selection of bowling balls, shoes were somewhat up to date(Green & Brown), Lanes were in good shape, no technical malfunctions when we played Cons — Old technology(not that much of a con but with other locations bringing in the new and up to date, might want to invest in new tech)

Came here and enjoyed the food and bowling! We did the happy hour special they had on bowling and spent $ 2 a game plus $ 3 for the shoe rental. The damage was a tiny $ 14! Because it was happy hour, there was a small 10 minute wait for a lane to open up because there are only 16 lanes available. The food was pretty good as well and we ate in between our turns! I had the chicken teriyaki with vegetables and my boyfriend ate their BLT with french fries. Pretty decent food, but not something I would go out of my way to get. It’s more of a convenience that there is food nearby while you’re bowling. We had a great time bowling and had a nice cheap date night. I will definitely come back!

Ask about the deal: $ 20 per person to play unlimited games. Although I couldn’t feel my arm after four games. Great R& B and hip hop, lively crowd. Hella fun!
