No service. I went inside and there was one person in front of me. Who knows how long he’s been waiting but I waited 5 minutes and still nobody came to the counter to take our orders. Not wanting to take any chances in case I had to wait an hour, and I was actually hungry, I I left quickly without looking back.

I come to this location because it’s close to work and it has a DT. Honestly, after work I am too tired to cook or even get it of my car for food. I come here often but they have often forgotten the teriyaki sauce when I have asked for it on the side. So I finally decided to call back and let them know. The manager on duty was very nice and helpful and let me know that she apologizes and I can come back and they’ll make it up to me. I went back and they got my order right this time and at a great discount I was very happy afterwards and very pleased.

I went in to grab lunch on the go and was really disappointed. First off I had to wait for them to «buzz» me in the front door. That was odd. The sample of angus steak I tried was very overcooked and chewy. The noodles seemed to be underdone and were very sticky. They definitely needed to be cooked longer. They were also very bland. The orange chicken did not taste fresh and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. Most of the other items were out when I placed my order so I settled on chicken with mushrooms. Out of all the other items, this was the least bad. The white rice I ordered was also underdone and hard.

This place is right down the street from me so I enjoy coming here on my way home. Since panda is expensive for me it is a treat. The food is always fresh and the service is always good. They also have a tea bar. I usually end up going through the drive thru.

Drive thru, drive thru, drive thru!!! I love this location becus it is so convenient for me because they have a drive thru. Their service is quick. The food always taste fresh. Ive only ever had to wait one for the food to be ready. The staff all seem to be happy and provide good customer service. This location have a tea bar which is good and the only one I’ve ever seen that has one

I love Panda Express they have some really good Chinese food in my opinion. Also this location has a drive thru which is really cool. I’ve never seen a Chinese food spot have a drive thur. I believe it’s only a couple of panda locations that have it. The customer service was really good as the staff was very friendly and helpful too. The one thing I didn’t like, which was big is that they were missing a lot of food from there selection. I don’t know if there was a big crowd or what but half of the menu was not ready and I find that to be a big no no. There should always be a new fresh batch ready to stock. I was shocked because because I’ve never seen a Panda Express like that so maybe it was just that time. I’ll try this location again and see how it goes.

Let’s just say going drive through, you get a whole lot of broccoli and a tiny bit of beef and a bowl of rice for 6.65 $

Having lived abroad for a number of years, only to have returned about a year and a half now, I am beginning to see some patterns that weren’t here before I left. Yesterday after church we decided to eat at this Panda Express. We were fortunate that the moment we arrived they were in the process of refreshing the very three items I was going to request. As we sat down to eat, for some reason one of the cooks caught my attention or maybe it was the large container of fresh uncooked mushrooms. They were beautiful and then I noticed what the young man was doing with them. He was slicing them into thirds. Quickly, my focus went through the fact that her had no plastic gloves on. As I watched, considering the possibility I may be eating whatever came in contact with his hands before he began slicing. To top it off, he began to do something on his cell phone for about a minute after which he continued slicing. What ever happened to food preparation regulations back when I worked at Burger King?

I’ve been to this location twice, and both times I had weird tasting items. The first time was about two weeks after they first opened. I got a three item combo, and everything in the styrofoam container(two orders of sweetfire chicken & fried rice) tasted great! However, when I opened the small box for my third item(mushroom chicken), it had almost a sour taste to it. I had to throw it away, I was gagging just from one piece. I thought to myself that maybe it was just a fluke, since they were just opened, so I went there a second time earlier today. I got another three item combo, and again everything in the styrofoam tasted good(sweetfire chicken/orange chicken & chow mein). The chow mein was a little different, but I chalked that up to the chef of the day. But then! I opened the small box containing my third item(kung pao chicken, this time)… And it was really sour again! Both times they tasted like the meat was almost spoiled. So now I’m wondering if maybe it’s the box that they put the third item into? Regardless, the drive thru gives this place an extra star because I’m a lazy person.

Nice and clean, food seems fresh for the most part! My only complaint is that the milk tea boba was wayy too sweet! I even asked for 50% less sweet but it was still too sweet! Cant imagine it being even more sweeter than that! Boba pearls were okay, a little harder than expected. I would come here again for food but not the milk tea!

What a shame. I thought this new location should have attentive servers/employers. To dismay they aren’t. This has been me forth time here twice In the restaurant and twice the server has been rude and no sense of customer service. Today the server preferred to laugh and joke with the cooks and a customer visiting the kitchen than to attend to my order. She asked three times if to go or for here. I told her three times to go. She was not kind in greeting me nor the other customers and kept joking with the cook. Was not pleasant to an elderly Asian lady either. Twice in the Drive though they’ve had my orders wrong. My mom likes this food and it’s closer other than that I wouldn’t come. There are people with better customer service skills looking for a job. They also kept me waiting too long on the area Bar and the line on the other side was not long.

I usually do not really pay much attention to the guys working at fast food places, but I want to give a thumbs up to Hugo — he was very nice about my order — great job and good customer service!

This is a nice clean and stylish location. They even have a «drive through /take out» window too! Panda Express is reliable to appease the cravings for Chinese food in a pinch, it’s a known quality. The prices are a bit high for the portions you get, and if you’re ever looking to get filled beyond what a «3 item» plate costs(about $ 9 after tax), there are seemingly cheaper options at fresh /cooked to order Chinese restaurants locally(like«Emerald Garden» on Artesia Blvd) or AYCE steam tray styled buffet formats. But if you love the«Orange Chicken» and other delights as well as the speed of service, Panda is «A-OKAY» and a good solid reliable place to eat which I do crave once in a while specifically. The food is tasty, and it’s a good way to get a few different flavors and items as a single individual as opposed to the«family style» environment necessary to try more than one dish. Parking was rather easy.

I normally don’t get Panda Express because I honestly always feel like throwing up after. However, I do get these weird craving for it sometimes. I noticed a new location opened with a drive through which I liked. Unfortunately my experience has been so disappointing. I came to this location twice already… the food and the service have been both disappointing. I posted a couple pictures of my food that I got… old discolored broccoli… it was disgusting I had one bite and I threw it away. Never again. Bye bye Panda Express!

Mishaps galore at the drive thru and the food is not as good as the store in Carson. Very, very skimpy portions. I mean really, 3 chunks of chicken in a bowl! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

When I was I college, I was in the dorms for 4 years. So, everyday was gross dorm cafeteria food.(Ick!!) However, every once in a while when my poor college student budget can afford it, I would go to our student center where I got to choose Wendy’s(if I was going to treat myself) or Panda Express(if I was going to treat myself like royalty). So, Panda Express holds a soft spot in my heart. I think the food is pretty decent for quick fast food. When I found out there was a Panda Express being opened near my work, I was super excited. Plus, it has a drive thru? Awesome. I usually pick up my food through the drive thru. For lunch, I usually pick up a panda bowl which is rice or noodle with one entrée. For dinner, I usually pick up 2 entrée combo. They usually give you pretty good amount of food. My favorites are Kung pao chicken, orange chicken, chicken with string beans, and honey walnut shrimp. I don’t usually like any of the beef entrees because I feel that it’s a little chewy for me. If you are going through the drive thru, make sure to ask for utensils because they usually forget. I don’t usually eat here but I have been inside a few times and they have a tea station, which sells boba and drinks. I am not a big fan of the boba as it tastes hard and not fresh. Also, the seating is very limited especially during lunch time. Still, this has become one of my favorite lunch places.

The first Panda Express location in Gardena! Located in Gardena Marketplace shopping center at the intersection of Western Ave. and Artesia Blvd., this newly constructed building has a modern glass exterior that definitely gives this Panda Express an updated look. They also have a drive thru for your convenience. This popular Chinese fast food chain offers chicken, beef, seafood, and vegetarian options to go along with their chow mein or rice sides. I usually get a two– or three-entrée plate. The Orange Chicken, Green Bean Chicken, and Honey Walnut Shrimp were all good. Honey Walnut Shrimp costs a little bit extra. They gave a generous portion of chow mein. If you’d like to try something, ask for a sample! One cool thing about this Panda Express location is that it has a TEABAR! They have Milk Tea, Almond Milk Tea, Thai Tea, Fruit Infused Teas(strawberry, lychee, mango), and Sparkling Ginger Lemonade just to name a few! They were even giving out samples on the day I went, so I got to try the Milk Tea and Thai Tea. Milk Tea was sweet and yummy, but the Thai Tea was a bit bland and tasted watered-down. *Tip: Take the online survey and write the code on the back of your receipt for a free entrée when you buy a two-entrée plate on your next visit!

Great, Friendly service. It was fast, which I needed. The food was well cooked. I really liked being greeted by the staff. They also had a family style table. A lw table suitable for just hanging out and a tea bar, which I thought was a nice addition. Never saw that in a panda before.
