Tried to make a reservation for the night. The person who answers the phone calls has ZERO customer service skills. Are they foreign or something? Can’t even answer a question. I asked since its 1AM if it’s still considered April 30 or May 1 and my response was «yeah» «okay» «good». What the fuck man. Find yourselves a better person who can represent the motel better

Worst place ever stayed for Valentine’s Day there is a club connected with the motel my room was right over the club my room shook because of the bass from the music people outside smoking and the smoke coming into my room the floor was disgusting stains and it smelled the bathroom was worse rust all over the shower head when U wipe your hand against the shower wall a white residue is left on your fingers I will never stay here again ever worst service ever they didn’t even honor my special request for extra pillows or towels and my mini fridge didn’t even work either I want a refund!

Stay on 3−22−14… Place smells, carpet very dirty but worst part was about 3 in the am some Crack head girl started knocking on my door, she came by about 4 times throughout the night… I was calling front desk… No me answered, in the morning I complained to owner all he said to me was «if you don’t like don’t come back» I will definitely not come back wish I could get my money back
