This Pizza Hut if full of shit! Literally made me waste an hour of wait time. Please get new employees behind the phone seriously has a hearing issue maybe it’s time to unclog that ear wax. Manager on the side note was not helpful at all same as the girl not line, helpless people!

Delivery came 2 hrs late! As everyone says and the pizza/​wings were cold! I had ordered pizza with the wings online and usually after you are done customizing with your order, the site will give you a estimated time. They website let us know it will be delivered in 29 mins! But after and hour and half I had decided to call, was on the phone for 6 minutes! And still no one answers… Basically delivery is really really SLOW! Your pizza will be COLD! And if you try to complain no one will answer!

Worst pizza ever, it was kind of cold. They barely put any toppings on a five topping pizza.

We been ordering from them for a while never a issue…
How ever today we ordered a pizza that took litterly 1 hr to get it delivered and when we get it its dam cold and it looks like it it was made hours ago and just re warmed…
Ughhh so disgusting…
We called we asked to speak to a manager and we were on hold for about 20 min when we decided to just click… called back no answer…
So we decided to go our selves and return the pizza…
We asked to speak to manager and some girl without even a name tag claim she was… so un proffesional in every level i highly doubt she was management…

This business is going down with this kind of service and management…
As far as for me… They lost my business…

Ridiculous!!! It took 30mins for our order to be taken, we then got an 1hr estimated delivery time (for one pizza/​wings). Once the 1hr passed with no order delivered, we called and found out they didn’t «process» our order. really??? I’m surprised corporate has not re-​evaluated this location for bad service/​management. Moving on to other pizza options!!!

LATE LATE LATE. How long does it take to deliver a pizza 3 blocks away? Any minute now… it’s been over an hour.

If you’ve never seen a Pizza Hut where all the employees are behind reinforced glass, here’s your chance.

They never answer the phone, and when they do they take about an hour and a half to deliver when my sister lives one block away. We drove to the Pizza Hut and tried to go in and it looked like it was closed and called and no answer. This was at 8 pm and I’m sure Pizza Hut does not close at that time. They are lucky they are getting a star because they should get zero

I paid for my pizza online and for delivery. The driver asked me to bring my credit card because he wanted to verify the payment with the card. I think they’re going to verify the last 4 numbers on the card to the receipt, right? WRONG. I showed him the card and he told me he was going to write my credit card information down. Ummmm no, the pizza was already paid for & I do not feel comfortable letting a stranger write down my credit card information. HELLO — SECURITY BREACH!!! So he refused to give me my pizza unless he wrote it down, I called the store, who did not answer their phone. Go figure… that’s why people in food business like this doesn’t make much money. The driver had to call their back line to get a hold of the manager, Jonathon, where he said that was their policy. So no pizza unless he can write down my credit card info. WHAT? Now, they’re holding pizza that’s already paid for hostage? They told me I had no choice, even though my pizza was ALREADY paid for! I ended up paying cash and demanded they void my credit card info, where I still haven’t gotten that confirmation. This is a terrible policy, terrible customer service, and I will never order from Pizza Hut again. GO PAPA JOHN’S!

What a disappointment This Pizza Hut was today!!! We usually get decent service from them but today we ordered two medium pizzas. One was made as ordered (pineapple and pepperoni with their garlic crust flavor) the other was a pepperoni and pineapple with Siracha sauce and the Siracha drizzle. Sad to say they over did it on the sauce, it was practically swimming in sauce, and the pizza had practically NO cheese on it. The little cheese that it did have was curdled. We Called the Pizza Hut and spoke to the manager at 6:43 pm. He claimed he was sorry and that he would get us another pizza done right and have it delivered right away. It’s 7:43 and no sign of the pizza.
If you don’t plan on sending a replacement pizza just say so and we can make other plans for dinner.

I ordered here once before. Turned out fine so I ordered again. My personal pan pizza arrived without my toppings and cold. My wings arrived the wrong flavor, cold, and with ranch instead of the blue cheese like I had requested. I had an hour and a half wait, for a cold pizza and cold wings that were the wrong flavor and the wrong sauce. I’m never ordering from here again.

Ordered my pizza online and they never delivered my confirmation email never mentioned a confirmation courtesy call maybe they want to include that next time

I ordered my pizza online. I received my confirmation page saying that my pizza would be ready at 7:25. 8:00 comes around and my pizza isn’t at my home. I call and they tell me they called my phone to confirm the order. My phone did not ring once and they didn’t leave a message like they said they did. I will never order from this place again. I should have looked at the reviews before hand.

Called in to make order. All I got was «Pizza Hut please hold» I waited over 5 mins. No return answer.

I constructed my pizza online, paid by card, and it arrived in about 35 minutes. The crust for both pan and hand tossed was very good… they kinda skimped on the toppings. The wings are good if you like buffalo sauce, was a bit strong for me. I would order untoss, sauce on the side next time.

A customer came in to order a pizza which should have cost $ 10.00 for any pizza deal. She was charged $ 15.00. Another customer waiting for her order asked the employee why was she charged $ 15.00? The employee said that the $ 10.00 any pizza deal is a promo and she didn’t ask for it. I asked the customer to ask for it and the pizza hut employee continued to charge the customer $ 15.00. I don’t plan on returning to this location again because the customer service is horrible.

Man, it never freaking fails when I come to this Pizza Hut. Not to sound racist but its all Mexicans which is totally fine with me until they start treating you different. Taking long on your orders when you’ve been waiting 30 mins or longer & others get there’s before you an they came way after you and there not picking up for delivery. I’ve had an encounter with an employee who was just being plain rude for no reason. I asked to speak with the manager, he came to the window an I told him of the situation. All he said is we are working on our customer service, not ill address the issue now or anything because really he didn’t care what us as the customer thought. Asked for a corporate number an of course there’s wasn’t one he could provide. This isnt the only complaint I’ve heard. It’s jus ridiculous an I love Pizza Hut but they really need to reevaluate who they hire. Are they customer service friendly??? Ask yourself that next time you walk in a restaurant establishment!!!

Strike 1: Ordered a pizza online with a pickup time, but when we got there, it wasn’t even ready for another 15 minutes.
Strike 2: Asked for parmesean and red chili flakes and the guy told us that they don’t carry it. WHAT? C’mon, a Pizza Hut doesn’t carry the essentials?
Strike 3: Rude. We asked again cause we were so surprised that they don’t carry it and the guy looked at us like we were stupid and he repeated it, except with an attitude this time around.
Besides that, small carry out/​delivery only location serving up the usual Pizza Hut items in a sketchy plaza.

Came to this pizza hut with Duke C. to supply our office with lunch. We ordered the pizza for pickup at 12:30 pm at 11:30 am. We get there a bit earlier and settle the payment and then wait till about 12:45 pm, so we waited about 20 min even after letting them know when we expected to pick up the pizza.
The location is kind of random. Its on the corner spot in a pretty desolate center. I can see why people say that it is kind of shady or ghetto, because it kind of is, but nothing too bad. (Came at noon so maybe at night time this place gets nuts for all I know)
The thing that made me dislike this place was usually when you get pizza delivered now the driver doesn’t carry red peppers or Parmesan cheese and would say something along the lines of having to let them know when you order that you want them. So here we are at the physical location and we ask for red pepper and cheese. They tell us they don’t carry it. At this point we are late because the pizza wasn’t ready in time and now we don’t have the peppers and cheese. But think about it, a pizza store without red peppers and cheese! I just cant get over it, we asked again incredulously and they responded with, «No, we don’t have it» This is like the biggest travesty in having a pizza chain. It is like asking LeBron James to do his trademark one handed tomahawk dunk and he replies with sorry I don’t play basketball. WTF, curses for real.
On side note, the pizza is Pizza Hut pizza. Nothing special and nothing to write home about. I knew what I was getting going into it. Probably won’t be coming back but if you need pizza with crushed red peppers and Parmesan cheese on the side, make sure you don’t come here.

Tiny tiny little place, they do deliver. The plaza is a little scary, but hey, atleast they do it right and make the pizza the way I want it!
Staff is decent and nice, the pizza is good, and I’m a happy camper! :) nom nom nom late night pizza cravings.
