My 5 stars are all for Sara, cause let’s face it –customer service is the most important part of your subway experience. It’s not their fault if you order a nasty sandwich(feta on tuna? is that a thing now?). But it can be frustrating of they don’t listen, understand, it just stare at you blankly. Any who, Sara was patient & attentive & m. ade suggestions about what might taste good together on the sandwich I was picking up for someone. She offered tastes of things I wasn’t sure about. If I had cash I would’ve tipped her.

I always come to this Subway, and a few of the employees are very nice. They go above and beyond the call of customer service! If you go there ask for either Jenny, or Jennifer they are the bomb especially Jenny! If I could give this place 6 stars I would! I don’t go to any other subway just because of them. Share with your friends and go there it’s worth it. They also have the best cookies in town!

If I could give this place zeros stars I would… My First time coming to this subway. You will get the worst customer service EVER! Jesus was our server which was soooooooo lazy! I asked for coffee creamer because there was no more creamer in the front. & he just keep asking his other coworkers to get it for us when they were helping other people. And I kept repeating myself on what I wanted in my sandwich. His communication to his customers were horrible. SPEAKUPJESUS! half asking his job. SMH!
