Suzuran Restaurant

This bar recently reopened it’s located in a small business building on Redondo Beach Blvd across from Pacific Square. They open after 8pm till 2am They have young bartender girls and they also have bikini and lingerie girls walking around and sitting down with you. You can also shoot pool or play darts in the back room. This place is cool to hang out and chill. Staff is very nice and so is the owner Rodney. This place kinda gives you feel of like being in a hole in the wall type place with a cool staff.

I haven’t been here in quite a while. It was closed as the owner had a stroke. Rodney (the owner) says he has recent;y reopened it as a bikini bar.

Hole in the wall, dive bar. Pool table. Dark, but friendly vibe. Super chill patrons, owners, bartender. Great drink prices. Came to watch my friend in a metal solo guitar competition. Super cool that they have these kinds of events here. The crowd was authentic and because the place is so small and down home everyone was very respectful and nothing got out of control. PLENTY of parking out back or on the street. Would definitely come here again with friends.

LOL whenever I hear Suzuran. I just remember my dad coming here to do some karaōke, and getting BUH-​LASTED.

Chill dive bar, free foosball, friendly staff.

first off you wouldn’t even know that there is a bar here. esp at night. you need to drive through a small dark alley to a back parking lot. From the outside you would probably sit in your car for a while to decide weather or not to go in. it looks like such a shady spot but its a real cool place to just chill. Its really small inside but atmmosphere is really chill. Thrusday nights a sick DJ spins House Music.

This is a fun local dive bar to hang out. People are always friendly, and there’s entertainment on weekends. (DJ’s, Live Band) Fooseball, karaōke, pool table, and video games. There’s something there for everyone, who enjoys going out to have a great time. Bartenders all friendly, and Rod’s chicken wings are to die for!

A classic low-​key dive bar. Kendra is a great bartender, friendly, fun, fast and knows her mixed drinks, tell her what kind of thing you like and she’ll whip up something delicious that will f*** your s*** up, lol. :) I went on a Saturday when they had DJs playing and had a great time. I’ve been on other nights when were a little slow but my understanding is they’ve been making some changes recently and things are picking up. Bands on some nights. It’s very hard to find when you’re looking for it, just know that it’s directly across the street from Carrows and you’ll find it, the entrance is in the rear. They really should clean up the entry way (lots of empty bottles in bags and such) but don’t be put off as you’re walking up, the inside of the bar is fine. The owner Rodney is very friendly and will introduce you to people. Oh and it should be noted that this isn’t a restaurant at all, just a bar.

HAHAHA Okay so here is an updated review. Went on a weeknight… it was so quiet.

This is my home, lol no not really but its a good bar super small. Someone has to take you there or you’ll never find it. Good people, good drinks, good times

If a friend who isn’t from the south bay visits me, this is usually the place I take them. It’s nice to see their reaction when I turn into a dark alley, and park in the back and walk into a complete hole in the wall dive bar. The vibe is always friendly, and the karaōke is interesting if you’re with friends who are drunk. Yes, «friends» …
I’ve never had the food here, actually I don’t even think they serve food here anymore.

This is the sheeit. Complete definition of dive bar. But the kind where you don’t just walk in off the street. You could, but if you saw it from the street there’s no way in hell you would think of walking in!
You don’t want to start going here though, very addictive for alcohol and nothing else. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend you start going here. But for me and my friends, this is the place to drink, play cards and whatever else…
