Pizza Hut

The pizzas/​wings usually take about 8 – 10 minutes to cook, so the wait isn’t bad. The salad bar was clean and the salad tasted good and crisp, so I was pretty happy about that.
When we got a delivery, it was only about 5 minutes late and the pizza was still hot so we were super happy. Delivery driver was nice and included some parmesan and red pepper to top off our pizzas.
They usually have some good deals about every two months so we check online to see if we can save a good bit. Would eat again.

THE Worst Service EVer. We JUST got in the car to leave and I felt I HAD to share… no, warn people who may want to go there to have a good dining experience.
The individual who «served» our table — and I use that term loosely — not only had the personality of a door knob, but was also right on the edge of being point blank rude.
While we three who had the salad bar thoroughly enjoyed it, my personal pan pizza was no where near the quality I’m used to; and one of the guests who ordered a BBQ pizza received one so burnt looking, we all just looked at it, at them, and back at it again. They’re one who doesn’t send food back, so poor thing ate a piece and called it a night.
Then we sat there for over 15 minutes after we’d finished eating, waiting on the bill. At other pizza places where you’re served, you are presented a bill while still at the table; you know, so you can determine tip, how to split it, etc. But we were walked around, swept around, and finally had to ask for it. If that’s standard protocol for the establishment, I’ll go ahead and apologize, but it doesn’t erase the other many negative check marks accrued.
Finally, I hate, HATE, H A T E to eat at a place where I loathe to go to the restroom, and this was one of them. I cringed to have to use it, and couldn’t wait to wash or sanitize my hands, only to find NO sanitizer and only a teeny, tiny tad of soap in the dispenser. And it was no where near «dinner rush».
I know of 4 people who will NEVER go back to this location. If you’ve been and had a good experience, I’m happy for you; we did not.
