Went through the drive-​thru to get lunch for my Husband and myself, and this is the first and last time I will go there. I Orderd a chili and it was basically all liquid, no real substance, or meat or anything. If I would have been at the store I would have returned it. My husband got the spicy chicken sandwhich meal, when he opened it I noticed there was no lettuce and he then opened it up there was a tiny soggy piece of gross lettuce and the chicken was not spicy as well. The fries were old as well… will not return.

The service here is awful. Me and my GF LOVE Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich. Sadly, the past 5 times we’ve been there we order the spicy chicken and arrive home to find a regular chicken sandwich. Same with the nuggets. They never get your order 100% right. The fries are either under cooked and extremely salty or cold and hard like they’ve been sitting out too long under a heat lamp.
Also, the Wendy’s in Gardendale isn’t exactly «fast food» because wether you order inside or through the drive thru, it always take them forever to get you your food.
The employees always seem like they don’t want to be there and I’ve never seen any «manager» there doing their job.
I hate that it’s like this because I absolutely love Wendy’s and this one is 5 min away from my house.
But basically…
AVOID OUR WENDYS AT ALL COSTS!
