I used go there all the time to get my hair cut but here lately they have really dropped the ball on their customer service. Today I scheduled an appointment with one of the stylist and she never even showed up. All I needed was a trim done on my hair and there was other stylist available with not a single other client in the building still I guess no one wanted to take my money. Went to fantasic Sams just down the street off of moonlight and received a wonderful hair cut there. In my opinion don’t waste your time with this place because they don’t care about their clients, and do you really want those type of people cutting your hair? I don’t think so.

Great experience… Mom had a short hair cut … Amy was wonderful. She cut her hair just as mom wanted. It is now under new management and we stopped by through word of mouth. My sister also gets her hair dyed and hair cuts here and absolutely loves it.

Last Saturday, I went to get my hair done. A week later I couldn’t hate my hair more, chalk this one up to the worst dye jobs I have ever had! Problem is I won’t let the person who did my hair correct it again because this would be the third time. I went to another salon to get a deep conditioning treatment and the new styles had to cut my hair even short because of how damaged it got. I think overall I lost 6 inches off my hair. I ALWAYS have long hair, I would NOT recommend this salon. If you are looking for professionalism, this isn’t the place. Now I hate my hair and I am out $ 200. Not happy.

I’ve always had a great experience here. I have short hair, and Tasha always gives me a FANTASTIC haircut. Prices are reasonable, and I’ve never been unhappy with the level of service. I believe this is a REDKEN salon, so they use and sell the REDKEN products. I’ve also had a manicure here — got it done with gel polish… they use the CND Shellac products for that, which is top of the line. I do believe they also do pedicures and waxing here, but I personally have not had those services performed for me. Definitely a great place to go for a haircut!!!

If I could give this place a negative five star I absolutely would! This salon is unkept, always dirty, hair sticking to the floor and the wax pots. The staff is crass and unprofessional. I have never seen such a disgusting salon in my life.
Makeup products and facial treatments are Mary Kay which is ok I guess but not my idea of salon or spa quality.
If I were to judge what I might look like if I had my hair done here by looking at the hair stylists, let’s just say I won’t go there.
I have tried services here in the past, won’t ever go back.
