I’ve always been a big Papa Gino’s fan. Something about their crust just can’t be beat. Their cheese blend is awesome, also. This particular location serves up consistently good signature Papa Gino’s fare with a friendly smile. The food can take a really long time to be made when they get busy, though. We once went there for a quick bite before a movie and ended up missing our showing because it took such a ridiculously long time to get our pizza. Since then, we have always called ahead for take-out instead. Even then, it has sometimes taken more than an hour just for two pizzas. When you’re sitting there waiting, you can see right into the kitchen. It always looks like they have way too many people working back there, but in complete mass chaos. But, hey — when you want Papa Gino’s you want Papa Gino’s, nothing else will do. So if you go to this one, show up no earlier than they tell you to and maybe bring your iPad just in case you still have to wait.

Walking around putting flyers under people’s wind shield wipers is not only illegal solicitation but also terrible business. It’s annoying, intrusive, invasive, and disrespectful to touch people’s vehicles without their permission. I used to come here 2 – 3 times a week. Never again.

Let’s face it, it’s Papa Gino’s, right? Well yeah, but it’s Papa Gino’s. Of all the chains I’ve been to in my life, Gino’s has to be one of the most consistent brands I’ve experienced from location to location. What bumps this location from just three stars(average) to four(above average) is the service. A friendly face met me at the counter and delivered my as-expected tasting food quickly thereafter. Nothing bad to say here. Don’t expect to be blown away, but do expect to be pleasantly surprised by speed and smiles.

I was visiting my mother, and we were in the mood for pizza. We’d had pizza from Papa Gino’s before, which was good. The one flaw about this place(again, in the past) was its service. I was very surprised to see how much this Papa Gino’s has changed! I was able to order my pizzas online. I was greeted by the manager at the door. My pizzas weren’t ready yet, so I was offered a complementary soda. Apparently, the employee that was making my pizza misread my order, and put on onions instead of peppers. The manager noticed, and made it up by quickly making a pepper-only pizza, and gave it to me for free in addition to the two other pizzas. I was amazed by the good service here, and will be returning when I’m in town!

The woman at the register was nice, the woman who handed my food seemed to be in such a rush I felt that she was rude. My boyfriend and I split a sandwich which was good but then we found a nasty hair in our salad. GROSS! The woman at the register was very nice though and we got our money back no problem.

I love the pizza here!!! Great service as well. Try the chicken stir fry pocket as well. Also, this location does a great deal of fundraising for non profits in the community! Thank you!
