After realizing that we needed to buy a battery operated air pump for our camping trip we stopped in at this Walmart. When we arrived on a weekday the store was fairly empty and it was almost impossible to find an employee to guide us. We ended up find the section we needed but had to dig through the rubble of the aisle to find the pump. When we went to check out the cashier was fairly quiet and only spoke to us once we said hello and then eventually good bye. In the end, this place had what we needed but customer service was lacking.

Do not get an oil change here. It is not a bargain and they do not know what they are doing. The staff is poorly trained, which I blame Wal-Mart for. There is hardly ever anyone at the counter to assist you. Even when you have an appointment, an oil change takes 45 minutes. I’ve given them 3 chances and they have blown it each time. First time, they left the oil pan cover hanging on the ground so as I drove away, all you heard was it dragging on the ground. Ruined. Second time, they put the wrong oil in. Except that when I went back for them to put the right oil in, and with an appointment, it took 45 minutes. After buying and them installing 4 tires, I starting losing air in a tire. I go back and the clerk states that will be that tires free repair. The mechanic comes in an says the other guy forgot to do something with the air pressure sensor and it was their fault. But the clerk doesn’t say anything to me. Enough said. Aweful and never again.
