Trying to get a number blocked the guy I talked did not know what he was suppose to do. Can not get any help a all not helpful at alll

Knock on wood I have had good luck with charter. Every time I’ve been at this location as well I’ve gotten pretty decent customer service. Yes sometimes there can be a line and they usually only have one person clerking. Yet all in all with a little patience they get through the people and the line moves along. I like the service and the no download cap like Comcast has. The TV is okay I’m use to dish but package deal got me discounts on costs.

They promised to pay for an early termination fee from directv… Nearly 2 months later, still no check. They claimed they could not read it, then they could and sent a check they said, then they could not read it again. Looks like I won’t get the buyout check. If this review keeps some from going to charter, great.

Good when it works. I’ve been using Charter for the past 7 months, had«technicians» out multiple times and they still. can’t provide an internet service that works reliably for more than a few days. Their customer service consists of an automated time wasting robot followed by scripted time wasting humans. About the only things I can say that are positive about Charter are: * the technicians came out on time(refreshing compares to Comcast) * when the internet works it’s pretty quick If you have *any* absolutely *any* option other than these guys take it hold on to it like the sacred wonderful thing that it is, enjoy your stable internet connection and be thankful you don’t have to deal with Charter.

If you love so so service and sucky attitudes of shitty customer service reps that really dont care about you, this is the place to be! I’ve been a customer since Charter bought this area from AT&T years ago and let me let you, Charter Sucks! $ 120 a month for high speed internet and cable TV with nothing on it. Really? Yep so no more Cable TV I just have the internet, a Roku box and rabbit ears for the local stations. Also they don’t support your second amendment right even if you have a CCW so don’t walk in to a Charter building with a firearm!(Pss, hey Charter criminals don’t give a shit about your no firearm sign, but what it really does is keep law abiding citizens out.)

Can’t wait to give their equipment back tomorrow when the AT&T guy gives me the thumbs up. Never again will I ever use charter. I would rather stare at rocks then waste another min with this hack of a company. They will be out of business soon enough. I wrote over 5 reviews at 5 different locations because I don’t want to see anyone else deal with this horrible service.

Worst internet service I’ve ever dealt with! I really hope the AT&T guy can run service here tomorrow. I am so fed up with how charter internet is barely able to play Hulu or Netflix. It’s very frustrating!!! And they don’t even deserve one star but I can’t post this without one.

Worst of the worst. One employee, a line 10 deep. Takes forever. Just trying to drop off a modem took FOREVER. I actually had to leave after 20 mins to keep another appt. Terrible treating paying costumers this way. Only 2 customers got service in that whole time. Not interested in waiting that long for service. If i had another option for service, no matter the price, i would gladly pay. Have since decided i don’t really need to return my old modem and will just keep it. Thanks charter, great job
