Dunkin’ Donuts

WORST DUNKIN IVE EVER BEEN TO. I’ve been here about three times and all three times they forgot the about the drunk I ordered. They not only forgot my order but the people ahead of me too. What’s the point in asking us at the register what we want if it’s only going to be asked over and over again after? Not just this but they sit there looking confused as if they don’t make coffee everyday already. The manager there gives the customers attitude for becoming impatient. When I asked him how much longer it’ll be he responded «I didn’t even know what you wanted» –_​– WHAT?! I told you how many times dude? Seriously the worst.

Standard DD. No long wait for me this time. Great customer service. Quick and tasty. They also have a walk up drive thru and plenty of bike racks.

Went there today, placed my order and when I was waiting for my food I realized they overcharged me. So I went back to tell one of the cashiers and they called over the manager. Well well… he was not nice. I’m not rude I didn’t give an attitude. He asks for the change back I give it to him. Then I go to tell him what I was charged wrongly for and the douche puts his hand up at me to shush me. Screw this dunkin donuts, ill stick with the one on outwater. Or better yet the one in saddle brook

Standard DD. A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot when the weather is nice.

I know… no DD should be four stars, however my review is mostly on service.
The other half and I come to this location pretty much every Sat and Sunday morning. This location does not seem to do their own baking, I think it is done on out water lane. The staff is pretty much consistent every time we go, are always pleasant and nice dealing w us two fussy nuts at 5am in all states of I sobriety but they have remembers us by face and what we order since our second visit. They pretty much always get our customizations right, and are always quick. Being so early the donuts are always fresh, and they never have a problem getting us something not yet on the shelf. We are always helped by one of the younger ladies, the older guys working there, who are clearly in charge do not always seem focused on the sandwiches and are not always on the ball w the customizations but are friendly and rarely at the counter. It is also nice dealing w the girls because they actually eat meat and can answer questions on the new sausage sandwiches or the different eggs.
The location is always clean, and with the exception of a few types of donut (due to our timing) things are always stocked, ESP the white cheese, which not all locations always have (whyyyyyyy?)
The personal attention to recognise us and our order will always keep us coming back here before out water lane. Its too bad this store isn’t also 24 hours.
