Lately they keep getting my drink wrong, I am not sure why. And it’s usually a different person. I have recently tried their Iced Caramel Latte, and I loved it so I went back the same night I first tried it. The first time order was right, second time they gave me a hot caramel coffee when I asked for iced, third the cashier confused me because I said«iced caramel latte» and she asked me if I wanted to add a flavor. and I said no?(since I had already said caramel, but i took the nasty drink they gave me and added sugar to that one and dealt with it), the fourth time after frustration I ordered the«iced caramel latte,» I repeated it back to the guy to make sure he got it right, he said yea and when I got my receipt I was confused because it said something else and was less than the«iced caramel latte.» I waited to see what mystery drink I would get this time, sure enough I got an iced coffee or something and I had to tell them I asked for«iced caramel latte.» This is really my only ever complaint about my order from this McDonalds, I understand mistakes are made but even when I repeated it back and had it confirmed it was wrong. I would also like to add that one of the maintenance ladies is one of the nicest and most welcoming associates there!

So I thought this McDonald’s drive thru wasn’t too bad at all. My daughter and I enjoyed the filet o fish sandwich, the fries werent burnt and my kids 4 piece chicken nugget meals were fine… BUT the reason for 3 stars is because I really get upset when they forget the sweet and sour sauce!!! So yah I would come back but would definitely make sure I get the sauce. Also this is 24⁄7 plus Walmart is 24 hours as well and it’s literally next door!!!

Oh man… Come on! This is a“fast food establishment” in America at its best. If you cannot understand a simple, simple order, you should not work in the service industry. Fries cold, food cold, missing nuggets, no sauces that were asked upon when’s ordering. Complete disaster and it wasn’t even past midnight. This is an example why you should not go to a fast food place around the 12ish mark and also why NO-ONE should gripe about how much they get paid per hr in a fast food establishment because they apparently cannot perform their job. Also forgot to going to mention how when I pulled up the employees were talking the whole time and how i had to ask 3 times about what was in my bag, and STILL didn’t get my order straight! MERICA at its best. you had one job! Okay rant over

What’s the point of this McDonald’s being so pretty, so clean and well maintained if the service is going to be horrific!!! OMG, today is Memorial Day 2015, approximately 10:36am(I’m stating the date and time just in case management wants to follow up). Absolutely everyone behind the counter has the most unpleasant demeanor. The lady at the cash register was hostile. All staff wore mean faces as though they were forced to work today against their will! And the lady with the light blue shirt(different from all the rest) which I can only assume is the shift manager, had the worse face of all. I almost lost my appetite and walked back out! HORRIBLE!!!

Twice on the drive though, order wrong. Once inside, order wrong. Same thing with my wife. Jeez English high school people can’t get it right. Stay away to avoid getting mad. Instead of a six piece, you get a four. Instead of chocolate milk, you get regular. Chocolate cost more.

Didn’t know ordering a hot chocolate could take so damn long! Only came by here to hit up the Walmart next door. Had to correct the guy 2x to get my order right. I hate Mcdonalds

Wow – I’m impressed! I’ve been here once since their grand opening and everything was great… the food was nice and hot and the seating setup was impressive; my family and I had no problem finding comfortable, cushioned bar stools to sit on and enjoy our meals. I just called them up – on Super Bowl Sunday – to ask about pre-ordering their 40-piece nugget deal for $ 8.00 and the employee told me «there’s no wait – just come on in.» Now that is freaking awesome! I’ll bet no other joint is saying that at 1:45 on Super Bowl Sunday!

Open 24 hours which is great. The staff is very nice and quick. The drive thru has two ordering spots. Lots of parking right in front. Interactive computer kiosks for kids. The downside is the bathroom situation. The door is locked and you have to ask someone at the front to buzz you in which is annoying and ridiculous with a young child. This is a family restaurant, why is the bathroom like Fort Knox? There are no paper towels, just two obnoxious electric dryers that sound like a jet engine when turned on. And only one sink. Fix the bathroom and I’ll fix the rating.
