I had a bad experience talking to a manager, he blamed me for not answering the phone on time and trying to get a late fee from me which is not fair. Every time I tried to talk to him he was unavailable! I left him the message but he called back in 4 – 5 days and then I had to justify that it’s not my fault. I asked them to set up an automated charge from my account and it was a huge problem because they wanted me to come from NY to NJ just to do that in their office, not through email or fax… And everything is up to the manager… and he is never there… I wanted to talk to the owner but they didn’t give me a contact info… they told me its confidential… I regret many times that have to keep my things in their storage, Id prefer to pay even a bit more but have no trouble… I will ask the advice of my lawyer but wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone…

One of the cheapest rates we found. Got a discount with an online rate. Came to look at the available space and the service rep was very polite and accommodating, answered all our questions. He even advised not to get the space until we’re actually ready with stuff so that we don’t waste time. We had a couple of space options. The facility looks pretty clean. Not too much traffic even on a Saturday/Sunday. They are open 7 days a week although different times depending on the day. The contract and forms just took about 5 minutes or so. Everything was clearly explained and copies given. Lets start storing!
