I made an appointment early on a Friday afternoon to have this company come to my house Saturday morning at 8:30 am. I texted to confirm at 8 am and was told that his vehicle was broken (as of Friday evening) and he would have to reschedule for Monday. I cannot speak to their repair abilities as I never received any, but their customer service is terrible. Had I known Friday afternoon or evening that he could not make it I would have considered rescheduling or making other arrangements, but he knew he would not make it and didn’t bother to tell me. As a business, communication with your customers is important if you want to keep them.

I work for a nationally known general contractor TD and our major projects DFW airport facility needed some extensive plumbing work done, I researched several companies and came across AA Super Rooter. I located them and we discussed our issues and AA came out hours later to repair and complete what I call a very difficult task. I was very impressed with the knowledge of AA and how he was on point with everything we were looking for. I highly recommend AA for all plumbing issues you may have. I give them five stars.

Edwin came quickly after I called him and even though I wasn’t home he got started on the clogged main line through the outside right away! He charged an extremely fair price, which made me very happy :) Since we just moved into the house and he felt a snag on the way out of the pipe, he said that if the problem persists there could be a break in the line. In that case he would assess with a camera and just replace the part of the line that needed it, making it more economical for us. What a guy! I’ll definitely have him as my go to for all plumbing needs.

I have used AAA super router several times and have had wonderful results. My business is a cosmetology school so you can only imagine all the plumbing that is involved from sinks, to restrooms and 12 shampoo bowls. Edwin came out and handled all of the problems fast and efficient. He even cleaned up after he was finished and that hasn’t happened with other plumbers we’ve used. I would highly recommend AA super router.
