If you are thinking of AT&T then please read my post of my unresolved problems including the lack of customer service. I am coming up on 25 days since they installed service. It is still not working. TV programs. We watched Modern Family where the sound was 4 seconds behind the video feed. It is typical for TV programs to freeze. The internet drops constantly. It cannot maintain a VPN. The phone is garbled. If you have a home office the service makes it impossible to work. We had over 9 different AT&T techs. We have 4 inside techs and 5 line, external techs. The customer service is horrendous. The customer rep that I reached made me go through each of the 30 question and checks. Even though they just checked it on Tuesday. I frequent this AT&T location for all my phone issues/questions as I work fairly close. Every time I come in they remember me and have an answer for anything I can throw at them. This past visit the manager went above and beyond! He was able to save me money on my plan(actually got a better one) and was still able to give me an awesome tablet to take home to my wife, which made my new phone not the topic of conversation. This is my go to store from now on!

I was directed by at&t’s customer service over the phone to go to a store for a particular issue with my account. Upon walking in, I briefly explained the issue and was directed to have my account holder call customer service back. After running in circles, the agent on the phone with my brother(the account holder across country) says the store doesn’t know what to do with this particular situation and that he would call. The agent proceeds to call the store with my brother on the line and no one answers. Meanwhile, the manager of the store repeatedly laughs and shakes his head saying«you just don’t understand how this works, do you?» When I tried to tell him they were calling the store, he laughed again and walked off. Within 2 hours(and after a few choice words) I had a new plan with Verizon. This is 4 months with Verizon now and I’m MUCH happier. I highly recommend them if you appreciate being treated like an intelligent, respectable person. only wish I got the name of that guy, but I was very put off with his demeanor and attitude to pay attention. Hope he reads these. Thus concludes this therapeutic vent session.

Most of the time, I don’t post reviews on chains like this but the one bad review made think I should lol. It really wasn’t that bad of an experience. Yes, the store didn’t have the quickest or enough staff overall. And of course, they will always try and up sale you to something ridiculous. However, the sales rep I got was very helpful. The process could have been quicker, but he did help solve my problem of replacing my broken phone that afternoon. He also gave me the facts and figures in a clear manner very well which so many places do poorly imo. Overall, I would go here again if I had issues with my phone.

Manager should not be in charge of helping people. Is it possible to give ZERO stars? This is possible the worst place for customer service and customer care that I have ever been to. I work in retail and understand very well that the customer is #1, this manager needs a lesson in what customer service means. Absolutely horrible. My tip, go somewhere else, ANYWHERE. It’s a shame that AT&T is being represented this way.

Worst manager!!! We cancelled the service in 14 days and expected no more bills from AT&T. Unfortunately, new bills keep being sent to us but the manager here did not try to help. He blamed everything for the customer service not his responsibility while the customer service need him to cooperate with us to clear the problem. We spent so much time coming here and talking and being neglected by this irresponsible manager. Seriously, this is the worst experience and we do not recommend any friends to come here ask them for help.

Great guys here at the Garland AT&T Store. Has a question about something on my phone and the employee helped me go through the steps to fix it and also showed me what I needed to do if it happened again in the future. Very patient and helpful.

This is the worst AT&T store I have ever visited. The service is horrible a only had one person waiting and a long long line. The Employee was wasting time chitchatting about nonrelated items. I ended up leaving. I will find another AT&T store do not go here!!!
