Buffalo Wild Wings

For was really good. Service was awesome (Natalie)! Manager came around and gave us tasting of sauces before our meal. Would definitely come back here.

It was so sad, we ordered food and the person who took our order said that we had to order before 12, so we did exactly that. By the time we got there it was 12:10 and the same person who took our order said it was too late to get our food. This is something that should have been said previously. When we got there the food was ready and we asked can we just get the food and leave. But we were told otherwise, and I asked what are you gonna do with the food? And she said we are gonna throw it away. And in a polite manner I asked can we just swipe our card and get our food and leave? And she said I am gonna call the cops, so we left without saying another word. I personally will never attend this Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. Worst customer service ever.

WORST SEVICE, FOOD, MANAGEMENT!!! Took 30 mins for food. When we complained to manager no one checked on order. Food was so dry you could hardly eat it. When we were leaving I complained to the manager again and his response «So after I made you laugh you still had a bad night?» I said, excuse me?. and he said «I made you laugh and you still had a bad night?» I responded, «We were the table having trouble getting our food, no laughs» and he said «Oh, wrong table» … this is not how you manage a restaurant. We have been going to BWs for over 20 years all over US and because of this we will never go to any again. To tell you how much we have gone to BWs, our now 18 year old experienced her first «going out» at a BWs … THIS IS THE LAST TIME!!!

I was super excited that we were going to eat here before a graduation tonight… but the service was horrible. Our waiter was trying to be helpful but it took 15 minutes for me to get a drink from the bar even though other drinks from the bar were brought to our table that were ordered at the same time. I finally got up and asked for what was missing. Our food took forever and the whole restaurant just seemed poorly run. Soooooo disappointed :(

Good service by our waiter… but You can tell most of the other staff doesn’t want to be here people just standing around. The floors very dirty tables the same, the table we got sat at was dirty the food is great but cleanliness could be a lot better. The waiters are busting butt and having to bus their own tables while other employees are standing around. They better be glad I’m not their manager.

Horrible service, wings were not good (it felt like they just drenched sauce on top of the fried wings and brought them out). Only thing we liked was the multiple tv’s with multiple games going on at the same time.

I used to come here all the time and service was great food was amazing atmosphere was fun and upbeat! I come here today with some of my friends and it takes 15 minutes for someone to approach us (who wasn’t even our actual server)! Takes 15 more minutes to get our WATER. We then have to wait for our actual waiter to come out. He finally comes out and we order. Awesome things are getting back on track, right? Wrong. It took almost an hour for our food to come out! I mean I would expect that on a busy Friday or Saturday night, but on a Tuesday at 2 pm with only 3 tables in the restaurant? Our food finally comes out (COLD) and we ask for ranch, which we initially asked for when we ordered. We had to ask 2 people and 10 minutes later it finally came out but no one would ask us how we are doing. A friend finally gets up to get a manager to tell about the horrible service and how our wings were so cold they were hard. The look on her face says what do you want me to do about it. Not an I’m sorry, not a hold on let me fix this nor a I’ll have a chat with my staff nothing. She just stands there.
We ask for our check and it took 10 minutes to get it… A piece of paper? Really?
All in all I won’t be coming back to this garland location ever id much rather drive the 20 minutes farther to the one in rockwall or mesquite.
Worse service ever, and me and my friends are servers ourselves.

There are issues mostly with the management of this particular Buffalo Wild Wings.
The biggest issue is that this location is often understaffed and good workers end up looking bad since they’re way in over their heads.
However, the food is usually good if they don’t mess up the order.
If you wanna get wings here, opt for to-​go since it tends to be more accurate, I find, and not as slow.

We came in for a quick bite and a beer. We sat at the bar top and was taken care of by Daniel. He did a great job. He was very busy making cocktail after cocktail. Didn’t miss a beat! Way to go. Love the traditional desert heat dry rub. Love it even more that I can order only flats.
Not for sure if it’s protocol but a server, Mark, definitely enjoyed a taster of each cocktail he ordered. I will give him credit that he used a new straw each time but I will think twice about ordering a cocktail here in case he or someone else forgets.

My Grandson loved the place, 11 year old chicken wing aficionado, but today, after patiently waiting all week for today, they screwed up his order, the wings weren’t cooked right & the sauce was off, medium buffalo sauce, the waiter said sorry & another guy who came by the table said, should have tried a different sauce ??? After spending $ 43.00 for the two of us, I left there frustrated & my grandson left there super bummed out. Never eat there again, profit clearly out-​ways customer satisfaction. He only ate half of one wing, they didn’t even offer him another choice. Too bad, so sad, don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. We are done there.

4÷5÷2016 UPDATE: After coming here weeks later prior to my review, it turns out, the general manager here quit!!! Haven’t been cut off 3 weeks in a row now, SWEEEEEEET.
I probably go here once every week or every two weeks with a either a friend or a big group of friends.
First, I will say that the service is great depending on who you get though, (Nick) to be specific because he’s always attentive, helpful, and super quick on bringing us drink orders. Even if the food is taking long, he’ll always come back to check on us if we need drinks and update us with a estimated time on when we’ll receive our food, so hats off to him because he always gives us excellent service. I can’t vouch too much for any other servers though.
The specific reason why I wrote this review is because I am extremely annoyed of always being cut off here after only having a few drinks, third time to be exact, and I’ve never been cut off ANYWHERE but here. Tonight, I literally had one beer, one shot, and one jack and coke. Our server comes back and tells us that he can’t serve us anymore alcohol because he said that the manager won’t allow it since we as a group ordered too many drinks. (We had a group of 8 that averaged only 3 drinks per person.) Sympathetically, he apologizes and said he even tried claim to the manager that we didn’t even look slightly buzzed but the manager didn’t budge, saying that if we wanted another drink then we would have to stay another hour or so.
I will say that as a group, we are not even rowdy, loud, or obnoxious. therefore I don’t understand what’s the point of even coming here to eat, converse, and watch some games if you’re going to get cut off after 3 drinks.
Again, I’ve never been cut anywhere but here so I’m not sure if they’re just strict here, but I and us as a group won’t be coming here as much because of this specific reason. There are plenty of bars down the street that will gladly accept our business without any hassle, therefore why should we come here?

Impressed with service! This is my favorite location. The staff is fantastic and always quick to grab anything we need. Even though I moved across town, I will go back to the Garland location since the food is always exactly how we like it and the staff are the best of any BWW I’ve been to!

Ordered wings to-​go on a Tuesday night (69 cents per wing). Called in to order ahead for pick up and was told it would take 15 minutes. I arrived within 10 minutes and my food was ready. Really impressed with the fast service they provided me with.
I’ve been here before and the service is just as great when dining in.

We were there tonight. The place was dirty, smelled like someone had thrown up, broken tables, smelly wiping rags left nearby, the broom propped up on another table, filthy carpet. Not very appetizing. I thought I was in a bar so I ordered a Vodka Collins. I’m not sure what I received but it sure wasn’t a Vodka Collins. Maybe vodka and seven up? The food was actually pretty decent. Street tacos were fresh and tasty, flatbread was well prepared and salads only had a few inedible brown leaves. Felt like I needed to take a shower after I left the place. Will not be going back.

Slow service, cold wings and a manager who could care less. Took 40 minutes to get an order of wings that came out cold. Talked with the manager but he never came back to follow up or ask if the problem was resolved.
When the second order came out the waitress dropped them off and walked away. She was otherwise absent the entire meal and when she dropped off the bill said «sorry for the confusion».
I will not be returning.

I frequently stay at the Hyatt place in Garland, which is directly behind the Garland Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s convenient to walk to, so we tend to have a casual dinner here from time to time. Always terrible service. Some servers check in with the table and bring food when it’s ready, however that’s really where the good service ends. Servers have no common courtesy and when they have time to sneak away, they chat with other servers instead of working tables and chatting with customers.

Wish I can give them zero star. Worst BWW ever.
Took about an hour for French fries to come out. Tables that arrived later than us got food faster. Service can’t be this bad. I wish I could give them minus stars. NEVER COMING BACK.

I wish I can take the chicken out of my belly. I went here on Thursdays and they had this fried boneless wings special. And the verdict? It sucks.
People come here for the sauces (wet and dry) that goes with the chicken, not so much for the chicken itself. The boneless chicken were all overcooked, and dried out. Sure, they’re edible with whatever glop they put on top — and you get to pick which glop you’d like.
So great! Not. Maybe the ones with the bones are better since bones usually keep the chicken moist inside. For that, come on Tuesdays.
And even with the specials, I thought the price was a bit too much considering the dry chicken are all mass produced and served in small portions. If you MUST come here because of a friend, there’s a special place for you in heaven for being a saint. If you MUST come because of your own desire, then there’s a special place for you in… I better not say it.
So… just no.

I have frequented this location many times, and this might be my last.
When I walked in, I waited 8 minutes and 38 seconds for the waitress to come take a drink order and this was after I decided to start my watch.
Drink comes and then we wait for another 10 minutes while the entire wait staff is on their phones and a person who I’m assuming is the manager is holding court with 3 waitresses by the up to date Golden Tee.
I have now been here for 37 minutes. The bartender is now at a side table on her phone, another waiter is playing unedited Drake over TouchTunes and I’m thinking a margarita over at Matt’s sounds really good right now.
45 minutes later and we finally have food ordered.

Always a bunch of staff and the happy hour is an amazing deal. $ 3 for regular size drinks and appetizers:) A great place if you are trying to keep up with any game BC there’s a bunch of TVs everywhere!
