Cabana Condominiums

I wish I could give this place 0 stars due to the initial fact experience of how rude the owner had gotten with me over the simple request of changing the paint color in the kitchen. My fiancé had visited the place since we need to move ASAP and he took pictures for me since I was at work. I didn’t like the paint job/​color in the kitchen so I called and asked if we could repaint whether it’s at their expense or mines (a can of paint is pennies to me). The owner, Giles, got very offended and spoke to me very rude to the point that I did not finish asking anymore of my questions or concerns because he end the call while I was still talking!!! First and last impression, the owner is a complete unprofessional idiot and a definite no signing a lease ever. I wonder how he reacts to serious requests from tenants due to normal wear and tear on his establishment? I’ll advise do not sign a lease with place unless you are up to shouting match with a slum lord over something as simple as paint.
