Dr Clarke’s office states that my insurance will not pay them. My insurance has told them over and over that they are billing under the incorrect account, that there are two.
The insurance company and myself have called the office over 20 times between the two of us. Insurance wants to pay, I want my overpayments back. Dr Clarke’s office will not return our calls at all. They have over $ 200 of mine in over payments. Dr Clarke = why do you not just rectify this rather than ignore both of us?
