We had Castillo Floors, also know as Castle Floors and Remodeling, install our wood floors in our home. They offered a year warranty on the work, this was big selling factor for us. We began to experience install issues with the floors and tried to schedule multiple appointments with Castillo Floors so they could honor their warranty. The have never showed up for any of the appointments. When I would call to see where they were they told me they were on their way, but they never came. I would call back and leave voicemails.
