My daughter’s primary caregiver was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t respect us as a parent and always try to find a way to send our daughter home(example: sent my daughter to doctor saying she had ear infections when she did not… Did not know if she can take medicine or not when she is younger than 6 months and expected us to give my daughter medicines). One time my husband came in and saw her trying to make a child sleep by pushing him hard to the swing. He felt like she abused the kid but did not say anything because he didn’t see the whole thing. They fed our daughter however always overfed her. One time, they gave her two bottles(5oz) within 1 hour. I questioned the caregiver however she couldn’t give me an answer. Just told me she didn’t know why the other caregiver did that. My daughter is still an infant, can’t overfeed her like that. Also, she always have mosquito bites and scratches. I agree that the directors are nice however they need to pick and choose the caregivers. They open a child care center, they should offer the best care for children. I do not see that at this child care center. They should find some other caregivers that willing to take care of kids, love kids. I am not saying all the caregivers over here are bad. There is a sweet part time caregiver always talk to me when I pick my daughter up, I always see her play with the kids, talk to them, hold them. This child care needs someone like her.

Cathy the owner really worked with me and my special circumstances and I was grateful to have people that I trust watching my niece and nephew. I felt like the teachers really cared and I was excited to see that every day the children learned and did something new. I can’t say enough good things about Childtime.
