Pretty impressive knowing that any temple this size for the Viet community is a good thing. Statues everywhere. Ponds. Fountains. And at times you can spot some animals hanging out on the temple grounds(turtles, koi fish, ducks, etc). The massive Buddha statue inside the main praying room puts you at «awe.» I don’t go to temple often, but it is nice knowing this temple is here. I try to go once a year to pay my respects for the Tet holiday. The grounds(although has nice pathways leading up to each Buddha) could use a bit of cleaning as you see piles of trash/supplies everywhere. I saw loafs of bread floating in the pond where people have tried to feed the fish. Overall, I’m glad people’s generous donations have kept this temple around. It’s a comforting feeling for the Buddhist community. I kinda wished I knew more about what each Buddha stands for.(Guess I need to educate myself more on the religion — or at least get a translator whenever I go).
