As a kid, i remember cici’s being awesome. So when my kids got a coupon to go from school, i thought sure lets go. Wow, we were all so disappointed. It was over 30.00 for 4 of us to eat, with a discount for both kids. There was maybe 2 pizzas to choose from, the salad was nasty, wilted and looked like it had been there all day. Not a single staff member greeted us, checked on us, or thanked us for coming. The arcade, which is the attraction for the kids, is a joke and expensive. When we walked out, even my kids said they mever want to come back!

Great staff and the manager is a really genuinely nice guy. Our family loves coming to this location. It’s clean and usually well stocked!

Worst service ever. Called in a order for pick up. Was told 15 minutes. Sat and waited for over 30 minutes. Then the manager had the nerve to tell us it was because he put fresh new pizzas in just for us. Get home only to find out one of the pizzas is fresh, and one is cold and burnt and the cinnamon rolls were all messed up and cold and overcooked. So I called the store to express my dissatisfaction with being lied to and the manager continued to assure me that he himself cooked the pizzas and they were not cold at all. Wonderful customer service. Don’t ever go here. The management is terrible and the customer service is even worse. I will never step foot in here all because of their lack of professionalism and their inability to admit making a mistake and trying to fix it.
