The first time cleaning kings came out I was very satisfied with the service as all the spots came out of my carpet. Within a week the spots were back again. So I called and they said they were happy to come back out to touch the spots again (you have a 21 day customer satisfaction guarantee). Today the tech came out to redo the spots again. This time they did not come out. He wasn’t here for more than 10 min (including setup). So I called the company because I had some questions as to why the stains came out the first time, came back so quick and why the tech didn’t spend any time today to get the stains out. The man who answered the company phone was extremely defensive. He talked down to me and treated me like I was stupid. He also said that it was a «a $ 60 carpet cleaning job so what [did I] expect.» If I am paying for my carpets to look clean. I expect clean looking carpets. If the conversation didn’t start out so rude and degrading, we wouldn’t have issues. I do applaud him for talking sweet for the last 15 seconds. Mr. Cleaning King, way to TRY to make up for all the sass you gave in the beginning. It didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

Tech came out, set up, cleaned up and got out. Very easy and fast… Carpet looks and smells great! Plus they did my sectional and it looks almost like new. I have pets so its hard to get that smell out of the carpet and fabric, but they did it. Highly recommended.

I purchased an Amazon Local voucher for 7 areas of carpet cleaning. Scheduling was easy. The technician called before he arrived, and showed up promptly. He was courteous and did his job well. No up-​sell tactics. Very pleased with their pricing and service. Highly recommend.
