This is how Cube Smart rewards «Continued Patronage» … By raising your rent !! And getting your possessions STOLEN !! What you’ll get from this property is poor service– They’ll raise your rent beyond what the advertised «normal» price approx. $ 101.00 what you’ll pay is approx. $ 128.00. The advertised parking spots are not 40 feet. You’ll get your property stolen– check out the crime stats — and they’re NOT 40 feet long. Bait and switch !
. There are tires piled up in the back breeding mosquitos. The security is a sad joke. What you can depend on is incompetent service, raising your rent, stolen property, alcohol and drug use on the property. Cube Smart will only allow positive reviews so this won’t be published on their site. They’ll sue as their Terms And Conditions suggests or hints. They say, «Refrain from mentioning prices,» because it’s based on race and other factors. I’m calling DFW CBS 11 to get this on the local news. This outrage needs to be exposed… it’s gone on long enough. I’m copying this to Google and Unilocal so IT“LL GET POSTED ! This is my opinion as allowed to me by the Constitution Of The United States Of America
Now they’re kicking me out. They say that my truck isn’t running. There are many many vehicles that aren’t running on that property. If you’re Mexican you’re good. White people are discriminated against. The district manger is making this personal. I plan on filling a civil suit against him personally. Check out the crime history of this place. Getting items stolen is common here. The good reviews are family and friends.

From start to finish, very professional, courteous and easy to deal with. A clean, secure facility made me feel that my 30 foot travel trailer investment would be safe. The great crew on site at my arrival had me signed in and out in now time. I left with a rate that was actually less then we were first advised. It is close and has easy access. I will recommend this site to my family and friends.

Very nice place. Ruben and Brady were so helpful in answering all our questions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The manager Ruben is wonderful. Brady is a lazy, messy moron. I’ve been with this location 3.5 years. Ruben is friendly and knowledgeable. Brady never knows the answer to anything. Prior to today, I would have given 5 stars. I just came by for the first time in 9 – 12 months and my lock was removed and a cube smart one was put in its place. I’ve never missed a payment or been more than 72 hours late with a payment. Brady is here and cannot tell me where my lock went or why. He charged $ 17 for a new lock and was a smart ass the entire time. Not once did he offer an apology or explanation. I’ll be working on moving to a new storage company.
