I have had no issues with this
Company except they forgot to deliver brackets but they promptly refunded me the money. I’m doing my fence in installments and I will be calling them next week with my next order. Summer is really nice to work with.

worst possible quality as far as material is concerned. worst possible level of customer service.
the owner/manager has no idea of what he is doing. my contractor did a similar fence job on the house behind me. same equipment– but dallas cedar blames my contractor for having the pressure on his nail gun too high. the 33 of 75 pickets were split more than halfway down the board. extremely poor, lowest of the low quality pickets.
i suggested a chargeback for the poor quality, non-returnable material. he put the blame on my contractor– and was willing to eat half of the cost. (probably because he knows how cheap his pickets are)
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!!!
AVOID BUYING FROM HERE TO SAVE YOURSELF MULTIPLE TRIPS TO ATTEMPT TO EXCHANGE BROKEN PICKETS.

Bad service first of all I had to be checking on my order to see if it came in they don’t call you like they supposed to… Then I pick up my first order and I had to help him load it on my second order it took them 45 minutes to load my order

First, comparing 2×4’s and 2×6’s at Lowes, Lowes is cheaper. Secondly they make you go get cash or send you a form to fill out with your credit card and Drivers license info which is not secure and is very inconvenient… and then they charge you to deliver.
I will never use them again!
