Terrible customer service! As I am sitting here in the parking lot, the employees are probably still standing in a circle talking about how the are and are not good at playing pool. I walked in looking for carpet for an office space. After browsing for 5 minutes and watching about 6 employees pass by me without even acknowledging me, I stood by a gentleman’s desk for another few minutes and couldn’t stand it anymore.
I would not consider doing business with them again.
