I prefer Dunkin coffe over ANY other! Their espresso is a hit with my ‘high test’ traveling companion and I can always find a yummy donut treat that is fresh!

I have come here several times hoping to rediscover why I thought I liked this place so much. Their donuts are nothing special, their kolaches are terrible and I’m not even really crazy about the iced coffee they serve. I would prefer to find some hole in the wall donut store. On a lighter note the service wasn’t terrible and they were helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service from the late night shift folks there. I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she provided some of the best service I’ve ever seen. Go there at 3am on a Saturday night.

Good coffee, and especially cappuccinos. Donuts aren’t anything special. A good number of other breakfast sandwich options. This location(only DD around) is kind of divey. Not bad enough to keep me away, though.

I love French curlers and Dunkin Donut is the only place that offers them!!! I always have to make a stop for some. French curlers are these donuts but they’re lighter and fluffy. They’re like a cross over from the pop over and a donut. Got the same texture as a pop over. It’s so good!!! I don’t feel so guilty when I eat them because they’re so fluffy. Feels like eating air!

This location is a dump. You better make sure you are up to date with all your shots before you eat here. I’ve been to this location one time and that was enough. The store is dirty and unkept and so are the employees.

Boston cream and coconut chocolate are very good, just as good as those«fancy» donuts. My rating is only for the donuts. I noticed this place got some bad ratings. But it’s always crowded here.

too bad –1 is not available. coffee was OK. Place was filthy. tables and floor were dirty. There was plenty of staff but nobody could wipe off the several dirty tables. People were doing it themselves. I asked for mine to be wiped. That was all he did was one table and did not even dry. I grabbed a bunch of napkins and did it myself. the floor needed to be swept and trash emptied. Coffee was the only safe option.

I saw the commercial for the new flatbread breakfast sandwiches. Those look really yummy. And after seeing it for the 11th gazillion times I’m like, «TV, shut the hell up I’m going all ready!» So Saturday I went. There’s not a Dunkin Donuts anywhere near me in East Dallas. I drove all the way to the Garland location. Of course there was a line. I purchased two sandwiches, two donuts and two drinks. It was almost $ 20! The donuts were bad. The sandwiches were good but WAY overpriced! Here’s a tip. Special K makes a microwavable flatbread breakfast sandwich that’s slightly smaller but close in quality if cooked correctly. Just get that.

To be honest, when I first moved to Dallas I was super desperate for Dunkin. Where I lived in NJ had one on every corner. Down here is hard to find. I found this one about 10 minutes from my job(but 30 minutes from home, so not an everyday trip) and I was ecstatic. When I first went in, I was shocked at how slow it was. One person who rings it all up, then slowly makes the drink and the rest of the line waits. No drive thru either! I was so upset that I rated them on their dunkin site and ripped them a new one. The coffee wasn’t the correct mixture of ingredients and the workers were not friendly. Well, I came in a few days later– as I was desperate for DD and things were completely different! I guess they do read the«telldunkin» thing at the bottom of your receipt! Since then, the service has gotten much better. The people are the counter are much more friendly and the new staff seems to be getting the hang of it. Some days they are still slow, but at least they are accurate. The one woman at the register even seems to know my order and the gentleman who made my coffee yesterday added just the right amount of pumpkin to my iced coffee. Kudos!

Small, clean shop with friendly service. They are always fully stocked and service is always their priority. It has Wifi and you feel safe with the must have cops hanging around the donut shop.

Small shop with wifi, is good for sitting down and enjoying a donut while surfing the net. They’re pretty decent, just sometimes it’s hard to understand the cashier. Also, bathrooms are locked, and you’d have to ask for the key.

I will love D Donuts forever. A taste of my childhood. I love the glazed donut holes and the glazed cake donuts! MMmmm. Now I want some.

One of a few Dunkin Donuts locations to survive the great Dunkin Donuts culling of the mid 90’s. The other two locatons near me one on Beltline in Richardson and another on 78 and Garland road closed ages ago. Yes there are tons of other donut shops closer to me, but I love DD. They always have the best selection and most varieties of donuts and their prices are good. You know what else this place has survived? The over hyped boom and bust crap that was Krispy Kreme. A decade after everyone was peeing their pants in excitement over KK they have seemed to all but disapear. Back to my beloved DD, they also charge a flat price for donuts. A glazed donut costs the same a a jelly donut or and apple crumb. They have cake and yeast donuts, stick/bar donuts, donut holes, bagels, coffee etc. Health food, not by a long shot. Two donuts here and you’ve probably had half your fat and all your sugar for the day, but what is life without indulgence. I came in around 10am and found service to be quite speedy. There was a small group ahead of me ordering and one of the employees came up and helped me and rung me up. I got half a dozen donuts and was out in less than 5 minutes.

Stopped by Dunkin Donuts on a Saturday evening around 6pm. There were two people behind the cashier and they provided extremely slow and unfriendly service. I was the second person in line and was there for a good twenty minutes. There were about four other customers behind me when I left. All I ordered was a small latte, a dozen munchkins and kolaches. I get the same at Donut Depot and am in and out in less than five minutes with five people behind me. True story. The small latte was about an 8oz and it cost me about $ 2.50. Oh em gee! That’s highway robbery and it wasn’t even that good! It was more froth than coffee. Sigh, I should have just gotten a drip. Perhaps I would have been out of there quicker.(I know it was about 20 minutes because my husband was waiting in the car and he had time to take a nap.) I didn’t even notice when the girl brought me the coffee because she sat it on the middle of the counter and proceeded to gather the rest of my order. I got the munchkins and kolaches for my son so I did not taste it. He still has half a dozen of the munchkins and five of the six kolaches I got him so I am assuming they were not that good. The girl put the mustard and ketchup packets, which I did not ask for, inside the same bag as the kolaches. I only hope that those packets have not been handled by too many hands and have only traveled from the manufacturer’s box to my bag. Am I just being a germaphob?
