Proceed with caution! These people have no clue what’s going. We are in the middle of having our floors installed. I say that but let’s be honest they haven’t even begun and it’s now after 11am?!
The sales associate that came out and gave the estimate, Rene, gave no concrete date and time. We as a family prepared for today Tuesday because that’s what we had discussed. Okay, house is ready and the guys show up before nine am. Turns out that they don’t have our full order with them. The kicker, rather than leave someone here to work while the others went to get the product they all left.
Surprise they just came back! It’s 11:20 am.
Back to Rene. She’s useless and doesn’t know her job or how to treat customers. Her response when we informed her of the goings on this morning «well, they weren’t supposed to be there that early.» And «your down for two days.» Ma’am how about we actually get some work done today!
