The professionalism alone was enough to return. I went in for the free consultation on cool sculpting. I was pleasantly surprised at how curteous and professional the staff was. The receptionist was kind enough to even offer drinks. Jennifer Small was my consultant and she was absolutely AWESOME. Jennifer was very professional and honest about the questions I had. She made sure to offer what would be most effective for the results I’m seeking and didn’t try to make an easy sale. She also showed me personal before and after pics of her procedure which were very impressive and makes me want it done even more. I really enjoyed my consultation. I also look forward to getting work done in the near future at this location.

If you are looking for laser hair removal, Ideal Image in Garland is the only place to go. I did extensive research before choosing a facility to remove my unwanted hair and my findings continuously pointed me to Ideal Image. I could not be more happier with my choice and my results. Registered Nurses perform the actual laser treatment which gave me confidence in their training and procedures. The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely accommodating. They value their customers and often provide incentives and discounts as well as other beauty products. But most importantly, their process works. I haven’t shaved in 3 years! Having laser hair removal done by Ideal Image was one of the best decisions I ever made. If you are considering laser hair removal, look nowhere else but Ideal Image in Garland at Firewheel.

It works! It changed my life and I love it! This procedure is very much worth getting done and a good value for the money when you think of what you save. The procedure is going to save Your time, it just takes time and consistence so stick with it Don’t wait till your going gray because then it is too late. The staff at this location is the best and they are all very kind and courteous, and thoughtful of you and your needs. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Amazing!!! I was scared at first, but the friendly staff made it so easy and comfortable. Everyone is great and they will work you in based on your time. I’m so glad I go the treatment done on my legs. I have so much more time and my legs are always soft! I highly recommend Ideal Image, especially the one in garland!!!

This is the best laser treatment facility in town. I have been getting laser here for the last year and I love it. Since laser is so expensive it is worth the money spent. Moni is the best but I have had treatment from all the other providers in the office. I am always welcomed with my name and made to feel comfortable. They also let me know when there are any deals available if I want other area treated and they have never bee pushy about treating areas just honest about cost and what treatment areas are included in particular packages.

I’ve been to other hair removal placed but since I’ve discovered Ideal Image I will not stray. Katrina, Mari and Rene are amazing lady’s and they always have a smile on their faces. Katrina will help you get he best deal available while Mari and Rene makes sure you feel comfortable when he laser treatments start.
